“I had a large party looking for a place to eat late on black Friday. I called Friends in Dawsonville, and in about 40 minutes of my call, they were able to accommodate about 25 of us initially, and an extra 5 people later on.Our server was Megan, who absolutely crushed it. HUUUUGE shoutout to Megan. She remembered our names, was kind, cracked some jokes, and was just very likeable overall. She got the kids their food asap, which was great. I can't overstate how awesome the service was.The food was great. I got hotter than hades wings and, while it had some heat, had a nice buffalo wing flavor. Other people in my group also had positive comments on food and service.Overall great experience considering the size of our group and the very short notice.Kid-friendliness: Our server had our kids in mind when taking our orders. If the kids aren't happy, nobody is happy!“
“I stopped by for lunch for the first time and got the pork plate. Pork was just okay. It was a bit wet - guessing from the microwave. BBQ sauces were good. Fries were good. Corn bread was a small square. Not great but not bad. Service was a little slow - it was just me and a small family in there. Folks working there were friendly. And the variety of beers looked interesting but I didn't try them. In all, it was okay.“
“Awesome hibachi. The fried rice is absolutely fantastic. My toddler really enjoys the little show put on by the hibachi chefs. The lunch menu is much more affordable than the dinner menu (just an FYI), however, the dinner menu DOES include a scoop of ice cream or sherbet, which is nice. The lunch menu still comes with the little bowl of soup and salad, so that's good.I definitely prefer to visit for lunch because of the price difference.“
“Our server was the best and the food just made our whole time there better. They were nice enough to give the whole patio to our pups. It looks like they are cornered out by new construction, but the place is just a jem compared to the other overpriced places around there.“
“Johnny's New York Style Pizza is a culinary treasure. Their MEDITERRANEAN SALAD was incredible! We tried their Turkey sub today and loved it too...both were fresh and flavorful. Since we were new we decided to try a bunch of things and let me just say, the garlic knots and Buffalo Chicken Dip appetizer stole the show. The dip was creamy and spicy, and paired well with their crispy flat bread chips. This is a must-try if you're a spicy buffalo chicken fan. Their pizza of course was amazing but honestly we were so full from all of the other items we could only eat one slice each. Mmmmm, it was very tasty and we will have leftovers for the weekend. Thanks you guys! We will be back.“
“OMG! My husband and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary today, and we stopped into Naturally Georgia to partake in a wine tasting. We were quickly greeted by Amanda, who is PHENOMENAL! Amanda is such a sweet person and knowledgeable about the various wines and pairings.I tasted the rosé, Sweet Sally,, Peach Wine, and the slushie which was similar to the peach wine.I absolutely loved the peach wine and slushie. They are absolutely amazing! This was our first time ever wine tasting, and it was a great experience! Amanda also gave us great recommendations on things to do nearby! We will definitely be back!“
“The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home. The coffee (which they grow on their farm in Costa Rica) was very good. I had the white bean chicken chili with grilled cheese and my wife had the ham and cheese frittata. Both were excellent. The patio was warm and comfortable on a cold January morning.“
“Son was doing an overnight visit at UNG so we hit this place. EVERYTHING we tried was OUTSTANDING! The sausage dip was GREAT and the fish and chips was EXCELLENT!The service was over the top. Ask for Tiffany's section and you'll be well taken care of.“
“I'm from New Orleans so we decided to give this place a try. We tried a variety of dishes. There was not one we didn't like. One thing I will say, the beignets are not like New Orleans ones. They're delicious but not like the real ones from New Orleans. We ate there for brunch. We will definitely be back for dinner.“
“I have driven by this place everyday for months. What a mistake. Top tier brews guys and gals, top tier. Came in and was welcomed by John and he recommended the snow ghost one because I like IPAs. Once again, TOP TIER people! Half way through my beer Sam came over and checked on me and gave me some insight and history about the place and she was super cool and friendly. Ended up buying a watchman cap. I will 100% be back. If you don't know, now you know. Get you some NoFo earthlings. You won't be disappointed.“
“I have been coming here for years, and the food, service, and ambiance has always been good. The schnitzel is always crispy, and the potato pancakes are to die for. The cheese platters are always a good option, and the deserts are wonderful. For a Friday night dinner, it's wonderful to have- though I do think that something is missing- and that something is ASPARAGUS. I am no food professional or critic, but I think offering a common German vegetable like asparagus is a good way to introduce vegetables that allows fresh balance on the plate, as the only opinions are potato's, mushroom sauce, and cabbage in a sauce as well. I think for those looking for a hearty yet refreshing vegetable as a side- asparagus is the key here. Otherwise- everything was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!“
“Such a cool place, I hosted a bridal shower for my daughter in the green room and it was perfect!! The room is already decorated so nicely we really didn’t have to do a lot. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the manager Brandon was very easy to work with. Guests from my event were very impressed and purchased coffee and loved it! Highly recommended! Next time I’m going to have to try the yoga… ?“
“Very small dining room because it is a part of a gas/convenience store. Appropriate decorations and theme and the smell is heavenly!DELICIOUS food and best barbque in Dahlonega/Dawsonville in my opinion. They considerately double bag liquid sauces and entries to prevent spillage in car. Will definitely return many more times-I highly recommend this restaurant!Parking: Because this place is part of a very busy gas station/convenience store, parking can be tricky and vehicles don't obey reasonable speed restrictions at times. They do have a small outdoor dining area.“
“Absolutely Amazing! Thank you for working on Easter, and feeding us an amazing meal, and sending us to the falls that were closest to you! We just bragged to one another as we enjoyed our picnic! The gal at the register was a sweetheart! Best stew ever!“
“My wife and I met my daughter there and were delighted as to the atmosphere and attitude of the store. Doug (owner) was very cool and introduced himself to us… talked church, coffee and life. Wish it was closer to Canton—/ would be a great fit here, we need another place with such high standards!“
