We come here twice a week. We love Ashley, she’s a fantastic bartender. She always takes care of us. We are more sushi eater people but their Hibachi is hands down the best anywhere! We take our family there every chance we get. Highly recommend the experience!!
Our favorite place for a special meal. The hibachi is great! The service is always excellent and friendly! Food is so fresh. My son, a sushi connoisseur, says sushi here is fresh and delicious. 5 stars ⭐️ . Also, reviewers: leaving 1 star reviews for honest local businesses that are doing their best to survive in a struggling economy can be devastating. Have a little grace. This business deserves to succeed. Many visits, 5 stars every time. . 🙌😘
very good food and service. our waiter daniel was great with chef Danny the star of the night really showed out for us. Will definitely be back and recommend this hibatchi place.

Volcano Steak & Sushi provides a great experience with delicious food and great service. The restaurant is beautiful, with a chill, clean, and amazing ambience perfect for a date night, anniversary, birthday celebration, or even a solo visit. The atmosphere is enhanced by features like robots and very large TV screens.
The food is consistently excellent. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated, with specific rolls like the dragon roll noted as amazing and made perfectly. The steak is cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Combos are delicious, and even the soup and salad are very good, considered better than the competition. Appetizers, including a delicious mussel treat, are pushed out at a good rate.
Service is generally very good, attentive without hovering, with courteous and happy staff. The food comes out hot and fast with not too much wait time, even when the restaurant is insanely packed. While wait times can occur during peak hours, the staff works diligently to seat guests. Overall, the hospitality matches the setting, making it a spot that does both steak and sushi right. It is highly recommended for quality, flavor, and consistency.
