Food was great but the service was better. Our waitress (I believe her name was Honesty) was sweet and attentive. We found something we didn't recognize in our salad (looked like a strange flower or vegetable) and put it aside. We didn't mention it to the waitress. She noticed it when she picked up our plates and came back to apologize. That was an amazing show of integrity and I was very appreciative.
I decided to order from Kani House and I had to call it in since online wasn’t available. I was told 30 minutes I showed up at about 40 minutes. I went in paid and was told 5 more minutes. I patiently waited the one hostess was walking with a bag says name for order (Linda) which is close to mine and I asked her about it to make sure it wasn’t mine. Awesome hibachi. The fried rice is absolutely fantastic. My toddler really enjoys the little show put on by the hibachi chefs.The lunch menu is much more affordable than the dinner menu (just an FYI), however, the dinner menu DOES include a scoop of ice cream or sherbet, which is nice. The lunch menu still comes with the little bowl of soup and salad, so that's good.I definitely prefer to visit for lunch because of the price difference.
