i ordered off the app today and went to the curbside pickup, nothing after 30 minutes. walked inside and was told the app doesn't tell them when we pull up. plus once again the milkshake machine was magically broken and so I didn't get the milkshake I ordered but was charged anyway. when I walked in the employees were just sitting around and shooting the bull. i get it but you left my family outside waiting for 30 minutes.
HORRIBLE service. Order was incorrect, then the Food inedible. Employees eating while preparing food. Will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
Let’s just say, Zaxby’s you may shut your door back down! The customer service there on July 27, 2023 was a tad bit rough.
My mom went to ask for extra seasoning salt, per my request, and what they handed her was a joke. She looked at them and said, “I’ll need more then that”. One reviewer enjoyed a fantastic spicy chicken sandwich with added cheese and bacon ordered online for drive thru pickup. Another guest felt welcome when staff gave two cups and two treats for one kids meal shared by two kids. Overall, this Zaxbys offers good service, good food, and a clean environment.
