“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I originally got my drink from another location and it was made wrong, so I came here to see if they could help—and they went above and beyond. The manager, Alex, was so kind and understanding, and they remade my drink perfectly (it tasted amazing!). Everyone was super friendly, and the whole experience completely turned my day around. “Hands down the best coffee and breakfast spot in Gainesville! We've lived in Gainesville for a while and have tried all the new coffee shops that have popped up around the Square recently. While the new spots are fine, we decided to revisit Inman today. In my opinion, they're still the best coffee shop in town. First, the coffee quality is on another level. You can really taste the pride they take in selecting their beans. I ordered the "Fresh Start" latte with coconut milk, and it was easily the best latte I’ve had in Gainesville. They have the most impressive selection of non-dairy options I’ve seen. Most places only carry oat or almond, so finding coconut milk was a huge win for me. They also have a massive coffee menu with specialty items I haven’t seen elsewhere, like a Breve! My husband got an iced mocha and a panini and absolutely loved both. Second, the food menu is incredible, especially if you have dietary restrictions. I have gluten and dairy sensitivities, and usually, my options are limited. Inman has the biggest gluten-free menu in the area—GF muffins, brownies, and actual GF bread options. I got the avocado toast on gluten-free bread topped with scrambled eggs. The bread was delicious (not cardboard-like at all!), the avocado was fresh, and the eggs were perfect. If you’ve been distracted by the newer shops, do yourself a favor and go back to Inman. Between the extensive menu, the high-quality coffee, and the dietary options, they are beating the competition by a mile.“

“First of all, the place is extremely clean, the weight staff is incredibly friendly and courteous, and the food is not only delicious and well proportioned but also very reasonably priced considering inflation. It’s sort of a sports bar atmosphere, but who cares when the food is so good and so reasonably priced. There are literally no decent restaurants in Gainesville in spite of the fact that it’s a rather large city and has two major college campuses so this is a welcomed addition. Finally, they have a robot that brings you your food during the week. It’s a lot of fun.“

“I just left Starbucks holding my one year old and I don't know her name but every time I place an order for coffee I have no idea what any of it means. I just want some coffee. That's light and sweet and I don't know what I'm ordering. She saw me taste my coffee and make this face and she made me a brand new coffee and told me exactly how she made it. So when I order it it's how I like it.... SHE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH“

“My experience was amazing! UZI helped me and I had been to another Starbucks that was not a good experience at all but UZI made sure to make my day and he was just SO kind, knowledgeable, and just was awesome! I am thankful for UZI and wish more employees were like him. He needs to be a trainer so he can train others to know how to treat others and what to do when there is a problem. “Starbucks? Whack. Dunkin Doughnerds? Whack? Dutch Brothers? Whack. Scooters Staff? tight as heck! Dunkin doughnerds PRIDES themselves on their atmosphere and colorful environment, but nothing could be as colorful and full of life as Ray from Scooter's Coffee. Every time the Dutch Brothers Mario and Luigi give me a recommendation for my drink they say something stupid, but Scooter's staff Ashly gives banger after banger for drink recommendos. And the sheer speed at which they delivered drinks and the smiles and kindness all around from Kay gave life back into my shallow heart. I had to get my BEST FRIEND to take a group picture with this group because they revitalized my life. Thank you Scooter's Coffee in Gainsville Georgia! Gainsville Georgia gets is GAINS from these three wonderful staff members.“

“I've subtracted a star because they were out of the ingredients to make mocha beverages while I was there today. Since I was unable to order anything mocha, I took this opportunity to branch out. I asked the barista her opinion of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She seemed to be confused that I would ask her opinion, and her "Yes, it's good." Sounded like "If you order it, I'm going to make it, let's leave it at that." Anyway, the beverage I was presented was made well enough to be on a billboard ad. It also tasted pretty good, even though it lacked any chocolate. I will be back, and if 5 dollar coffee-like beverages are your thing, I can recommend this Starbucks.“

“Our experience at this Starbucks was top notch. Rosemary who took our order was personable, and service-oriented. She noticed i took the stopper out of my drink and asked if we preferred to not have one in my wife’s. Obviously, that paying attention to small details blew us away. Furthermore, my wife’s breve chai was made to perfection- and she readily admits she is more than particular about her drink. Customer-service like this has seemed to fade over the years and we wanted the staff, and community to know how exceptional they were! Thanks so much Starbucks Thompson Bridge!“
“The girls that work night shift at this location are amazing!!! .y family and I are waiting to get into a shelter and they gave my kids food and water and told us we could park at their lot because we would be safe and on camera. These girls didn't know us from anything and had the most respect And pure kindness I've ever seen!“
