The employees were awesome!
Best dunkin location. The one on queen city has worst drive through service.
The service is great. Coffee is good. But for the love of all things good..get rid of your automated welcome to dunkin message at the drive through if youre not ready to take the order. This throws a lot of your customers off. Do better.

Dunkin' is a favorite place for many customers, with one new location being a particular highlight. The staff, especially the night shift workers, are described as amazing, sweet, and helpful, showing great respect and pure kindness. However, other experiences report poor service and a shamefully slow drive-thru, with wait times of over ten minutes. The store is take out only with outside seating that is worthless in cold weather. While the food is acceptable, the service and store itself are considered poor by some.
