The lady at the window was so sweet, and the food and drink tasted delicious. However, I was disappointed to find that almost 1/3 of the iced Matcha I bought was milk bubbles and foam. I know matcha foams up, but I used to work for SB, and I know you can use the shaker lid to strain the bubbles out. I’m paying for the drink, not the foam. Again, the service was fantastic, but the drink I paid for was underwhelming.
