My first time trying curbside pickup.... I ordered. My “ready time” was 1145. I checked in one minute early. I waited ten minutes (1155). Finally my daughter went in and was told “maybe we haven’t gotten to it yet”... yet another customer located our order on the pickup counter for to go orders. Ticket on my lukewarm drink? Made at 1137... I’ve been a Starbucks customer for YEARS and enjoyed Starbucks all over the US, but this poor service was remarkably horrible....read full review
This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They allowed a man to leave a pitbull unattended in the store. While the dog was very sweet, he looked mean(blue coat, stocky, and cropped ears). The dog approached a table and the 6 year old at the table was very visibly scared to death. The family got up and left before anyone even stepped from behind the counter to help out.
