“I went in the morning on November 2nd got a dozen of donuts and a cup of chocolate coffee. The crew working had great personalities, they were fast and friendly. Store was clean and a pleasure to visit, I did notice their tip cup was empty I would hope if you visit you show these employees some appreciation in that tip cup.“

“I don't generally bother reviewing fast-food establishments. But my experience at the Hiawassee McDonald's was so good that I thought it a shame not to share. I got there right at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they were still serving breakfast. I ordered your basic Egg McMuffin meal. It was as good as any that I've ever had in 40+ years. The Egg McMuffin was piping hot and fresh. Simply delicious. The hash brown was so hot that it almost burned me. The coffee was perfect. I ordered at the kiosk but the lady who served me my meal was a delight. Top marks to this McDonald's franchisee. This is how Ray Kroc would have wanted it. I worked in store management for McDonald's in the early-80s. So I know how it's supposed to be done. Kudos to Hiawassee!“
“Stop by today out of recommendation and was blown away with how I felt I was at a friends house having coffee. Donuts and danish pinwheels were amazing. Coffee beans were also locally roasted. Learned more about the area. Has a local handmade items for sale. Interesting stuff on “
“The woman who normally works in the store, in the front end of the store, is lovely and very helpful. As someone who has worked in customer service most of my life, I really appreciate quality customer service. I have been picking up deliveries here for awhile now, and the woman that I am referencing has always been kind. I have also overheard other customers complimenting her kind attitude. It is not something that you see every day. Keep Me Posted & Corner Coffee and Wine Shop also has great coffee, another thing I really appreciate, as I am a coffee person.“

The place is known for its breakfasts, so wish it was longer or that there were some all-day items. But for a place with a small staff (and having worked on the line in restaurant kitchens), I understand.“
