Food was “adequate”….medium pizza and some fettuccine alfredo for my daughter. Crust on the pizza undercooked by about 2-3 mins, served to me w no plate and was never asked to even refill our drinks. Had a carry out order for my wife included which had about 12 entire French fries in it. Very drab/gloomy atmosphere not far off from a dine-in Pizza Hut, very dated but mostly clean. I’m sure the owner/manager will post a rebuttal but I’m just an honest local giving my honest opinion. Improve and I’ll write a better review.

First time trying this place and everything was delicious! The Alfredo and chocolate cake were the stars of the show but everything was good. The guy who served me was so accommodating, thank you! We will be back when we come back to Blue Ridge.

The wait staff is awesome, very friendly and quick to get back to you. The food is excellent and very flavorful, even though they were closing in fifteen minutes when we walked in they did not even bat an eye at serving us. I highly recommend blue jeans as a must try.

Was not expecting this kinda food at an Italian place called Blue Jeans Pizza ?. The sauce is the bomb! I had chicken parm and my wife had lasagna and it was excellent. We had the Greek salad was delicious also. The host sat us in the bar area which was a great decision due to the wild kids there. Almost went to the $$$$$ place and so glad we didn't. Our meal was VERY reasonable and even asked if I was ex military or law enforcement and gave us a discount, no I didn't ask. The waitress was amazing.

The chicken Alfredo was great and the stuffed shells in the meat sauce were even better. Every bite had immense flavor and was amazing. The service and atmosphere were very friendly and we got fast and quality service. Would definitely recommend.

This is a local pizza place that was very delicious! Kevin took our order and was VERY friendly. This was the arrival of a girls trip and we decided on pizza and wings. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have lemon pepper wings but the garlic parmesean was tasty. There was only 1 pricing option for the wings. No option for 10 or 20 wings for groups. They charge $8 per 5 wings. Overall, we enjoyed the peperoni pizza and wings on our day 1. Kevin gave us a layout of where to find what in blue ridge which was helpful. Would definitely go back!

The service was awful. We came in for a late lunch just before 2pm . We all ordered wraps or sandwhichs that should have been able to be prepared fairly quickly. We waited over an hour for our food as the restaurant emptied. We asked if our food would be ready soon and was promised it would be out shortly. 2 of our 6 person party got their food long before the rest of the party got their orders. We were ready to leave without getting the remaining orders if the food was not being prepared yet. Again were reassured the rest of the food would be out soon. When we got the remainder of the food, one of the buffalo wraps was prepared wrong and filled with both honey mustard and buffalo. After a disappointing experience, we decided to talk to the manager. The server left and returned later without the manager saying that they average 30 minute ticket times and were not known to be fast. We again requested the manager. When the manager (Kevin) finally came to the table he immediately became hostile and began making excuses rather than listening or offering help. I am truely shocked by his unprofessionalism. He began saying this is not fast food and began stating generic supply and staffing issues. We tried to explain why were we upset and he began angerly asking what we wanted from him rather than trying to listen or offer help. We wanted some respect , understanding, customer service and ultimately to just leave after a long and terrible experience. The communication between us and the server , the server and the manager AND the manager and us were all a failures. Kevin, do better.

Group of 7 arrived to the restaurant before 2pm. Our waitress was pleasant but totally disorganized. After 5 minutes we told her the 7th person was not coming, she then went to get our drinks and didn’t return for 15 minutes. We ordered our food (fried food) at 2:15 then two people got their food at 3:05, and other two people got their food at 3:15, the other two got theirs at 3:30. At 3pm we asked “have our tickets been put in, if not we will just leave no big deal”. The waitress said “yes it’s in it will be two minutes”. The restaurant was not busy for context. Some of us didn’t get the correct thing. We tried being polite through the interaction as we all understand that things just happen. Finally we asked to speak to the manager to just see if we could get a discount for the 1.5 hour wait time. The waitress went to ask for the manager then returned saying that the manager said no, he would not give us a discount. Then we said, please ask him to come to the table. Kevin finally came to the table. He was immediately hostile with everybody at the table, stating “we aren’t fast food what do you want” , that they had a really hard day that they were really busy pretty much everything except I’m sorry. Literally not an ounce of customer service. He then tried to talk down to us saying assuming we weren’t from the area though we all are locals. Then after he made everyone extremely angry, he goes “just tell me what you want” after we had clearly told him what we wanted. We were willing to eat what we ordered though the experience was awful, but after speaking to the owner Kevin we were all no longer hungry and simply wanted to leave. I am so disappointed with the service we received from both Lisa and Kevin. If Lisa had just said out the gate “hey we are short staffed” or whatever the issue was we would have just gone somewhere else, but the lack of communication from the waitress spiraled into a nightmare confrontation with the joke of an owner. The resolution was a 20% discount. If everyone was just having a bad day, I wish you a better one tomorrow. But a bad day isn’t a reason to bring everyone else down with you.

Everyone here is so kind! The white pizza is absolutely delicious and they brought it out very quickly. I brought my 2 year old and dog and sat outside. They even brought her a bowl of water. They were so so sweet!!! The manager came out to check on us 2x.
