Dog friendly, great atmosphere, with a great shaded outdoor sitting area. Quick, friendly service. Sandwiches and pizzas are amazing! Excited to go back to try the gourmet hotdogs. Milkshakes are a must when visiting blue ridge!

Stumbled upon this place by accident and man was I impressed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such warmth from the workers. The sandwich that me and my wife ordered was exceptional. It taste and looked like a well done homemade sandwich. The frozen strawberry lemonade was delightful. I will be returning in the future.

Really good food. We got the turkey and provolone sandwich for our kids and the #3 was amazing. The shakes are huge. And very well done. Me and my two sons split the Oreo shake and it was plenty. Would definitely go back. Picture below is my wife’s coffee shake.

Great food! Staff is so nice here. I was worried about it being a tourist spot/overpriced but this is a high quality restaurant with great options. Perfect for a casual meal at lunch. Prices are great and fair as well- you get a lot of food for not that much. Would recommend!

My sandwich was very good, although I will say I think it was smaller than I thought it would be. After finishing I was still hungry, as were my other friends who also ordered sandwiches. It had a cute interior, but no indoor seating so we sat outdoors. The tables are a little too small so we were pretty crammed. Prices were fair, milkshakes are a bit on the expensive side. My friends ordered a milkshake and it looked pretty but I didn’t try one myself.

My daughters and two young grandsons stopped by here last week for lunch while on our annual girls’ trip. We walked inside and stood in a rapidly growing line for about 10 mins before we even got to the counter. Once we did, the only two workers there, never so much as acknowledged us nor offered any apologies for taking so long. We stood there, I kid you not, for at least 15 mins while we were trying to wrangle two hungry and cranky little boys. It was awful! Finally, the guy walked over to take our order. They had no sweet tea…WHAT??? In the south??? My daughter ordered a sandwich with roast beef. They ran out of it, so she had to order something else. Mind you, this was around 12:30 PM on a Thursday. I was observing the lady make sandwiches. She was so slow, it was almost painful to watch. We ordered 4 sandwich combos and 3 drinks. Brace yourself…the total came to $63!!! I about fell over! ? There are no tables in this place, only about 3 barstools and 7 chairs that all face outward. There is a tent set up outside with tables and chairs. It took another 20 mins to get our good. The sandwiches were good, but nothing to write home to momma about. The cost alone is ridiculous! I spent almost that same amount for our meals a few nights later at Southern Charm. And the customer service is non-existent. Huge disappointment!

Loved the food and the people were so kind and helpful. It’s a little more tucked away than the other restaurants downtown, so it was not busy at all and service was quick. Highly recommend!

It was an incredibly busy fall Saturday in Blue Ridge. Nothing they can help, but plan accordingly. Getting food anywhere in the area around meal time will take 45 min to 1 hour. If you know it ahead of time, you won’t get your hopes up. All that to say, the sandwiches and shakes were WORTH the wait! The kind lady who took our order was helpful and informative. We had the #1, #4, #9, #10 and the coffee shake and the Oreo shake. Everything was awesome. The balance of flavors, freshness of ingredients and execution were superb! Would love to see them add some salad options. But for the size of the place, it might complicate things. But salads could be made ahead in a grab to go fashion as a side- just an idea. The pasta salad was good. Didn’t try the macaroni salad. But the shakes- they are like none other! Seriously- there was a piece of cheese cake and a choco covered wafer on the top of the coffee shake. A work of art and taste to match! Highly recommend this place, they just need more help during high season/ busy times of day.
