Hidden right off Main Street, you must make the tiny trek up the alley to try this food. The pizza was perfectly cooked, not too crisp, not too floppy. The sandwich was perfectly constructed with all the right ratios and condiments. The star somehow was the baked potato salad. Stop in. Have a bite.
You MUST visit Bob’s Eatery when you visit Blue Ridge. They have an incredible selection of sandwiches, pizzas and so much more. It’s tucked right in downtown Blue Ridge. They have a dog friendly, covered patio too. We got a crispy cauliflower crust pizza, the Yogi sandwich and the potato salad. All of our food was simply delicious. Amazing service and the staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to come back for more!
Andrew is amazing! The sandwiches and cauliflower pizza are so fresh. Best potato salad I’ve ever had. Great little atmosphere as well. Andrew’s in the back jamming to oldies. It’s just a great place all around. Highly recommend.
