If you are in blue ridge stop here. Great food. Awesome service. Good background music.
The place is adorable and quaint. We walked in and we were seated quickly. The coffee was hot and fresh. We ordered our brunch and it came out quickly, hot and fresh. It wasn't very busy but the server never came back to check on us and never refilled our coffee. She dropped the check with the food and never came back to even ask us if everything was okay. That just struck me as odd. The staff wasn't friendly but the food was good
BumbleBees was an easy place to find on our way to Blu Ridge. There was a short wait and the food took some time but it was worth the wait! Some of the best biscuits n gravy and grits I've had in a while! Friendly staff and cute decor, especially the car parked in front.
So glad we 'buzzed in' to this little joint! We visited on a Sunday for lunch but both ended up having breakfast. My husband had an omelette, French toast, and fruit. All delicious. I had a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and fruit. Yummy! My biscuit was soft, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. AND the sweet tea was very good.
We visit this area 3-4 times a year from out-of-state, but we've never noticed this little cafe . So glad we found it this trip. We will definitely return to BumbleBee's.
We waited for over 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. I understand if you’re under staffed, but nobody even greeted us or looked our way, and we saw at least three waiters. There was a couple that had been waiting before us that hadn’t even been spoken to. The least you can do is acknowledge your customers and give them a wait time. We ended up going to a different cafe.
Food was delicious. Great portion size. Staff was friendly. Cute atmosphere with the bumble bee theme.
The southwestern of letters was horrible. No flavor. The meat, cheese and vegetables were not mixed in with the eggs. They were places on the egg then the egg was folded. The cheese was partially melted.
There was a spinach leaf in the plain pancake.
After an inedible meal, come to find out there is a 20% mandatory gratuity. Thank God I'll never be here again to waste my money.
Popped in for some lunch and was not disappointed! I had the tenders with fries and my bf had the Philly with fries. Both were delicious. Would eat here again. 😊
Best breakfast in Blue Ridge, GA
2nd time went to Blue Ridge and visited Bumblebee. First time service was slow food is good. Just left there after sitting there 15-20 minutes as the 2 servers were going back and forth and never even provided us a menu or even asked if we needed a drink. Noticed other tables waiting a long time to even place their order and it wasn’t even that busy. So the second time the waitress bypassed us sitting there we got up and left. Food is good, service is horrible

The pros: The banana nut pancakes were cooked just perfectly. I also like the Bee motif. The staff were friendly.
The negative: From the time I got seated until the time I got my food was approximately 45 minutes. This is an extremely long time to wait for food. It is a small café and they were busy, however, my expectation because being in a tourist town and already knowing the popularity of the restaurant, I assumed they would have their staffing in order in order to handle people. I was by myself, so there was not a lot of food ordered or service requests.
Of course, I have eaten out often, and basically raised in a restaurant with my mom who was the manager, I saw some things that could be improved with the service. My server, although she was friendly, didn’t seem to know how to stagger the service among her tables. After I sat down, she dealt with three other tables. Bringing them their food, giving them refills, taking new orders, doing all of this before coming to take my drink or food order. Then, after taking my order, there was a very long wait for pancakes and fries. I think this could be solved with better training for the server to know how to stagger out her tables when busy. Plus she never refilled my empty drink.
Regardless I certainly will visit again. The food was good overall.

If you’re looking for a local favorite this is one for sure. In my opinion everything that comes out that kitchen looks amazing! Try it.

Service was fast, and employees were friendly. It has been years since we had Eggs Benedict. It was delicious!
We never got to experience it because we waited an hour without knowing how long it would take, because the hostess was not truthful when saying that a party of two would not have a long wait. I’m sure that service was slow on the inside because the hostess was not only seating people, but also bussing tables, and checking people out. Empty tables were sitting unclean for a while before they were turned over. Staffing is definitely an issue here and the service will surely be slow because of it.

We were determined to eat at the Bumblebee. It was our fourth try. It was worth the Persistence. It's small and cute. I had the Blue Ridge Benedict and it was very good.
