Live locally a town over and the service is top notch at this Blue Ridge location. They were flexible and accommodating this am. Thank you management and staff for a refreshing experience.
My husband and I were on our way back to Atlanta when we stopped. The cashier took the order of the two people in front of me, then decided to fill orders. Completely ignored for about ten minutes, we ordered through the app. When we got our food we didn't receive our cups for our drinks. It was like we were rushed away. Our food was cold, the fries were under cooked, we didn't get the extra condiments we asked for. It was a mess.
Drive thru service quick, great. Went in for refill and drink area in dire need of disinfectant, filthy. Throw the tea canisters away, get new ones and clean them everyday folks. Yuck. If it looks that filthy in the dine in area I don't want to think of how dirty it is in the places we can't see. You can do better. Man at register has no customers and plenty of chores need to be done. Step it up y'all.
Good food very very slow service in the drive they make you wait 10 mins to order then when u order they pull u up to wait another 10-15 mins.
This locations is dirty. Floor, countertops, drink are needs a good cleaning.
Food was just warm. Fry’s and onion rings not great. Just warm. Lettuce on fish sandwich was on last day usable. Brown areas on edge of lettuce. I wouldn’t go again.
My husband and I have tried eating her a few times however we have yet to even be served! We went for breakfast & the manager wasn't on time so they couldn't even open. We had to go somewhere else. Then we went for dinner one evening and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes without any movement in the line... I have yet to eat here because the service is terrible
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get my mobile order, and they forgot half of the order. I had to go through the drive through again, just for them to have me pull forward for the second time. My 1st half of the order was cold by the time my second half was ready. They did not offer an apology or anything, and even had an attitude when they handed my the rest of my order because another person’s order was messed up as well.
Wonderful ppl here and one of the best ones food wise. Trust me.
I haven’t stepped foot in there in many years so I couldn’t tell you the ambiance. Everything else though is fantastic.
Waited in line for almost 12 minutes and then got chicken wraps that were so tiny . I'm lucky we got two bites out of it. What the heck?I feel bad for the girl that was working the drive thru and had to run out with people's orders

This BK gets half a “dang”. If it wasn’t for the OG chicken sammich it’d be less. The “melts” are tiny and expensive. Service was slow and not very friendly.
No one ever ever here and the service is always less than mediocre. The food somehow comes out cold and this time i just gave up. I tossed the food in the trash can before leaving the drive through. I strongly believe a higher degree of education should be required when handling peoples food. The United States has things so freaking backwards.

Today we waited 10 minutes for them to attend to us and we were ignored by the employee who focused all his attention on his mobile phone while we were the only customers in the establishment, I think this kind of attention explains the few customers they have there
