I make it to Murphy/Blue Ridge 1x/yr and this is my favorite lunch spot in DT BR. I make it a point to stop here every trip. I’ve never sat down with someone that had any complaints about our meals.

It was Saturday afternoon and downtown Blue Ridge was crowded with fall visitors and locals. We had a 20 minute wait; the place was packed. The atmosphere was very loud with chattering of the people and echoing. We could barely hear ourselves talk (it was the acoustics of the building). It took FOREVER to be greeted and served. The food came out another long wait - about 20 minutes- just for sandwiches. However, the food was delicious and for that, I will most likely return in...

This is such a hidden gem! The food was amazing! I highly recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich and the Loaded Baked Potato Salad! I think it was the best potato salad I have ever had. The only problem I had was it took a while for the food, but it was busy so that might have been why. Go there if you want a great sandwich!
