There are A LOT of bbq places in the mtns, but none of them are as good as Carroll's! The ribs and pulled pork are consistently excellent, and the homemade sides and sauce are absolutely fantastic!!
Had a great experience here! The BBQ was excellent tender, flavorful brisket and delicious pulled pork. Our server, Christy, really made a difference by helping us choose the perfect dishes for the whole family. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and had great positive vibes. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality barbecue and great service!

Their pork is so tender and their lunch special can't be beat.
This year I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. It smelled heavenly and was perfectly moist. I will definitely order from them again.
