My recent visit to Dairy Queen was truly outstanding, setting a high bar for quick-service dining. From the moment I walked in, the service was genuinely fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, processed my order quickly, and showed a clear level of professionalism and cheerfulness that made the entire transaction pleasant. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
But let's talk about the food—it was just as impressive. I indulged in a classic Blizzard and a savory FlameThrower GrillBurger, and both were prepared to perfection. The Blizzard was thick, creamy, and loaded with mix-ins, living up to its famous upside-down presentation. The burger was hot, juicy, and flavorful, demonstrating a quality that often exceeds expectations for a fast-food establishment.

Drive thru for a 4 piece chicken strips.. cold and over cooked. Fries cold. And bread cold . Gravy hardly warm. $. 12.14 for the meal. I got # off the reciept and called store . Got answering machine left a message. Not happy, this store does not provide good customer services. Likely, I will not return. This is the Blue Ridge location. I do in fact plan to go back for my refund.

They were absolutely packed when we arrived. The service was great everyone was so welcoming. The bacon cheese burgers were hot and exactly as ordered. The tasty onion rings had just been fried and the blizzards were a spot on. As we were leaving, I noticed they had a 100 on their latest health inspection. Great Job! We will definitely be back.
