Discovered this restaurant last year while on vacation because the restaurant at the marina had an hour long wait. We were glad the marina had such a long wait. Went on a Sunday and they fill your table with SO MUCH wonderful food! What is great is they let you take the left overs home. The staff was amazing and the only thing that was shocking about the restaurant is why it didn’t have more people in it eating? This place is a gem. Should be on every locals list of go to places for after church. We have eaten here 2 years in a row and love it. 😊 Can’t wait to visit again next time my family visits.

All the sides were cold not hot. Only backed potatoes were hot. Fried chicken was excellent!!!

Fried chicken was good... salad could have been cold ... almost had to wash dishes they only take CASH and checks, but It is not posted until you get to the counter to pay

The Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. They offered a complimentary soup which was super tasty but never told us what kind of soup it was. We spent that time discussing the flavors to try to figure out what kind it was, which was fun. They close fairly early for lunch or dinner so if you're one who eats dinner early this place is for you! It is also cash only so keep that in mind when you go and enjoy!

It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The food came out fast and they have a good variety of menu options. The decor is certainly a matter of taste and has a certain vintage to it but that’s part of the charm. It’s worth experiencing.
We stopped by for lunch today on a whim, wow what an amazing lunch. Family style all you can eat on Sundays was amazing. Everyone was friendly and our servicer was exceptional. My wife and I will definitely be back. A nice nod to the traditional southern Sunday dinner/lunch of past times.
