What a bad experience. The staff was upbeat and nice, but it took 20 minutes for a five Dollar Mc double meal. My visit started with being told they won’t sell me a side of whip cream for my dog. I got over it as the manager gave my dog a treat. I pulled forward to get my food to be guided to the front of the store to wait. I waited for 10 minutes and then went in to check. The girl was very nice and gave me a medium fry instead of a small that came with the meal as a thank you for being patient. All in all, I was hoping for good quickly and a treat for my dog. 1/2 were achieved

My son was eating his Big Mac and he found hair in it I called McDonald's and there was a young manager I told her I said my son was eating his sandwich and got here in his food she's like well there's no way won't be eating there again in Blue ridge

I had a caramel frappe I was in the Drive-Thru probably the fourth or fifth car to the the window they have incredible people working there.. they got all the cars in front of me and myself before I had time to get mad about waiting

What a horrible experience. Avoid coming here at all costs.
Waited 20 minutes inside for two mcgriddles, when my number was called they told me they were out. Asked me what I wanted instead. I told them, the lady said got it and I never saw her again.
Then come to find out they had to cook what I reordered bc they were out of that too and did not tell me. A manager came to help and got my order and started blaming her employees.
It was another five minutes until I got my new order and it was wrong.
Then I waited another ten minutes to get another order while an employee had an emotional breakdown at the front register.
This place is ill managed and unprepared for normal everyday business.
At no point was I ever made a priority. One girl in a blue shirt seemed to have sense about her and some customer service.

10/30/2024 - They closed the drive-through and the door was locked at least 10-15 mins before closing time, which is supposed to be at 11PM. I pulled in at 10:50, people still in the drive-through line. I guess I'll dish out more money than I meant to for waffle house instead. This broke person is highly disappointed.
