So disappointed I ordered 4 milkshakes and they all were barley cold and was like when icecream melts in a bowl. I would definitely wait to get icecream if you go on a train ride.

Friendly staff and ice cream on a warm spring day, what more can you ask for? Some hot dogs of course, wait there is that too. Being located steps from where the blue ridge scenic railway railcars load and unload you can’t pass up in this special treat. Quick and easy to order and ice cream is well……. Always good.Friendly service is what you’ll find at the establishment, on the other side it appears they also have plenty of the blue ridge gelrgia trinkets and wine tasting too. All this bundled up in a quaint old rail car, how fitting!

Really good ice cream, hotdogs and coffee. A great place to stop while you were shopping around the mini wonderful shops in the area. Such a fun place to go with family and friends. The Blue Ridge scenic railway is the greatest thing ever. Highly recommend this area.

Great hot dogs!

All of the pictures listed on here of a walk-in ice cream parlor are inaccurate.This place is actually a walk-up ice cream trailer that's made to look like a rail car.Aside from that, we got a frozen lemonade that wasn't even slush, it was just regular lemonade..The ice cream itself was just mediocre, not really flavorful.

THE Best hot dog, period…the blue ridge is awesome!

Best ice cream!! We went here in 2018 and it was our first stop back at blue ridge this year 2023. Their chocolate peanut butter and banana pudding is to die for. Go there. You will not be disappointed!!

Awful customer service.Asked for a scoop of malt on my ice cream - they told me no. They had it, but said it was for milkshakes only. Asked if I could pay extra for it, also no. Was paying for several other people, spent a bit of money and they refused to make me happy with $.25 worth of malted milk.

I enjoyed the hot dogs. My wife & grandkids enjoyed the ice cream.

Honestly,have only been there once,so I can't do better then three stars ,however the hotdog was very good and the milkshake as well ,a bit pricey though and a bit more northern flare for such a old southern town!

Great place to grab unique hot dog combo & shake while in the area. It’s quick, taste good, & a wonderful treat to have while you’re out on the town.
