I know all businesses are struggling but that’s a reason to do as good as job as you can. Got here at 12:15 on Saturday. Hardly any food on the bar and what was there was old, dried out and slightly warm. I mentioned it to lady at counter about no food and she said it’s coming. A few things did but nothing regular. I loved this place in past but won’t be back until things are up and running. Really need to try harder to have good food in these trying times!

We ordered the Buffet and ask them for a specialty pizza the lady at the register was very snappy and said no. There was 3 pizza pans on the buffet they had been sitting for a while with few pieces left. The time was 6:30pm they put out 2 pizzas. There was no lettuce for the salad and they told us they were fixing no more soup. Very disappointed!!

Didn’t deliver the items I ordered . Robin I talked to twice even told me she didn’t give it to the driver ....They wouldn’t bring it back out. Place had some bad reviews on yelp anyway I should’ve listened.

Hours say 9 pm but as we drove up on a Saturday night at 830 they lock the doors and shut off the lights! Hmmm great customer service (nope)!

The fam and I stopped here for a late lunch to get our PP2G fix since the one where we lived closed down. Food was exactly what we expected, very good. The only complaint is the smell when you first walk in --- smelled like the floors were cleaned with dirty water.

I’m actually leaving papas pizza right now. I had an awful experience people were very rude about making a specialty pizza for us and said they do not do that anymore, second tables are very dirty, pizza has been sitting out for a while have been here since 5:30 it’s 6 now and still the same food sitting out while people in the back are talking and having a good time. The service is awful, the food is awful, not fresh at all, I will never be coming here again. 36 bucks for cold pizza? No thanks.

Food in the buffet had been sitting for quite some time, spaghetti noodles dried out, pizza dry and cold. After waiting for about 10 minutes asked when fresh food would be put out (after already being told when we came in fresh food would be out soon), the girl hesitated and said maybe 10 minutes. Asked if they could make us a special pizza and bring it to the table so that they didn't have to make several for the bar and she again hesitated. At this point in time in not sure if they are making us a pizza for our table or if we are still waiting for them to stock the bar but it has been almost 10 minutes since I inquired. For the $20 we paid, definitely not worth it! Paid for our food at 4:11, fresh food put out at 4:38. The fresh food did have a good amount of toppings and good flavor. However when we were leaving at 5:00, the old cold food was still out on the bar (hard chicken nuggets, cold tater tots, dried out spaghetti noodles and The same pizza that was there when we came in). Went to take a picture of my receipt and noticed that the receipt says I was at dairy Queen not Papa's Pizza, huh? Went to the restroom to washmy hands, soap squirted on my shirt rather than on my hands. Not happy with our experience here at all!

Food was ok. Did the salad/pizza bar and there wasnt much food out, there wasnt much po izza and no salad.. When we asked for more the staff was a little rude about it. I wouldnt go back.

Really enjoyed the lunch personal pizza package. Tasted great! Only down side is the huge sign saying they have a buffet all day, but it's only on the weekends. That's why we even pulled in to eat. But we enjoyed it nonetheless.

The staff was very unfriendly exspecially the girl that took our order, not helpful at all. We paid for the buffet. There waa hardly any salad at the salad bar. Pizza was old and hardly any.. Asking for anything as in fresh lettuce, silverware, or cheese pizza for the kids just seemed to upset the girl working the register. Would not reccomend.

Don't believe everything you read. This was the worst dining experience my kids and I ever had. We were excited to find a pizza buffet that was open. We should have checked things out before we paid. We received a like warm greeting when we entered, paid our $30+ for three people and 3 bottles of soda. We proceeded around the dining room to the hand sanitizing station. Covid procedures were the best thing going for this restaurant. The pasta was tasteless and rubbery. Not much choice on the salad bar. The place was empty and there were quarter filled pizza pans with dried out pizza. if you want to spend a decent penny for bad food this is the place to come otherwise stay far away. Oh by the way you'll be visited by many flies.

We had never heard of this place but wanted something other than the large chain pizzerias. We ordered online and when we arrived, they had a drive thru for pick up. The lady at the window was friendly. When we got back to our cabin, we opened the boxes and the pizza's looked and smelled delicious. They also tasted very good. We were pleased with the dinner choice that we had made.
