A great coffee ☕️ shoppe.
My wife and I were in Blue Ridge for a weekend trip and decided to try this restaurant for lunch. SO glad we did! I got a Cuban sandwich and my wife had the steak sandwich. Both were amazing! We came back later in the day and picked a rum cake and a piece of tres leches cake to take back to our cabin. Both were incredible! This was our favorite restaurant on our trip and we will definitely be back!
This place was great, and was busy compared to most restaurants around. The folks at the counter were nice and helpful. Me and my girlfriend got the Cuban sandwich and it was one of the best I have had. It was very hot and fresh, and very cheesy. The tostones were also delicious but a little hard/tough, perfect for dipping though. We also got one of the guava cheese pastries and it smacked. It was especially flakey, soft, and warm.
My only critique is they upcharge for any sauces and it does not come with any. The green sauce looked like it would have been perfect for the Cuban.
Amazing food.
🇨🇺 coffee!
Food was delicious and quick service
Stopped here while on the 2 hour stop from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad. I ordered a Cuban and a beef empanada. They were both phenomenal. The staff was friendly and my order did not take long at all to arrive.
Hands down, the best and freshest food in the area. Authentic, delicious, ALWAYS served with joy. A nibble or a feast, do NOT miss this gem!
This place is the real deal. Who would have thought this little town would have an outstanding Cuban place. I traveled with 3 Floridians who have consumed a lot of Cuban food in their day, and we all came away impressed. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we found a free spot in a lot across the street. We arrived around 1PM EST on a Friday. The line at the counter was short. You place your order and then go get a table and they bring your food to you in a brown bag. We had ham croquetas, sweet plantains, black beans and yellow rice, a beef picadillo bowl and 2 bottled drinks. Food came out in about 5 minutes and was steaming hot. Taste was on point and we left happy with the experience. Total bill was $41.08. Travel companion had a Tampa Cubano and he said it was perfect. Being from Tampa, he should know! Owner came around the tables to check on customers, and there was a steady stream coming through during our visit. It appears they do a lot of take out too. On a side note, we tried to stop into the sister location (Blue Ridge) first but seating options were few so we made the 10 minute drive to Copper Hill. We're glad we did! Would recommend to anyone driving through the area.
The best ever 🩷❤️❤️🧡💛💜💙🩵💚

This is the second trip from Central Florida visiting the Rum Cake Lady. It was a must stop as it was very memorable the last time. This time we got Limoncillo and Rum Cake along with a Cuban and Cafe con Leche. These were amazing and as our dessert we gave their Tres Leche a try. Way better than the ones back home. It was perfectly moist and not overly sweet. They were quick and food is amazing. You should try!

In an area with very few vegan options, this place is a gem! With knowledgeable staff you can order vegan bowls with protein and all! The food was flavorful and it was very quick, I would absolutely go back
