I went to the counter and there were 4 or 5 girls behind the counter just talking away about personal things. The girl that waited on me was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her . All I ordered was a blackberry lemonade. Someone from your management team needs to teach your employees how to be respectful at there jobs and at least pretend to like there jobs. If you hate your job so much just move on. Hopefully you can start hiring some decent individuals
They never greet anyone. I stood in line for 45 seconds and the employee kept talking like I wasn’t there. About the mangers multiple divorces. Rude
Came in today. Ordered a green tea. Barista made a chai latte. When I explained that I ordered a hot/plain green tea, she tried to convince me that a chai latte was the only tea they served….while standing in front of the tea bags.
We all have rough days, but the doubling down and arguing with me about what I ordered was super weird. I also heard her loudly complaining about me after I left. Sorry I ordered a tea, and sorry I didn’t actually want a chai latte?

Not by usual place but I ordered an Iced Green Tea Latte as I usually do. Service was fine, they weren't slow but they weren't quick either. But they didn't call out my drink or even bother with my name. The latte itself was really awful. Not enough green tea powder and extremely watered down. After the foam went away, only about 70% of the cup was filled. For $6 I want to get my money's worth.

Girlfriend wanted a Chai, but the service was slow, they did not notify her that requesting light ice would be an up charge, and the Chai came out very milky with little Chai flavor for a nearly $7 drink. I understand it’s a Starbucks kiosk in an Ingles, but still very disappointing.

I have no idea who was running the front tonight but she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Terrible taste in an employee. If you don’t like your job, THEN LEAVE. Don’t role your eyes and huff and puff because we come in before 8. My whole family walked away (which there was 7 of us) because of her ignorant attitude. DUNKIN has some wonderful workers that helped us instead!

I ordered a medium iced coffee with a shot of espresso and some milk, I only got some milk and espresso. When I asked them where the coffee was they said "it was rang up like that." Okay, chill, I guess I'll pay for the coffee separately I thought. Nope. They just kinda of stared at me until I threw the cup they gave me in the trash and walked away. I had to come back and get a refund instead of them just ?? Pouring some coffee in the cup at the literal coffee shop?? I don't know who's out here ordering a shot of coconut milk and two sugars, but I guess they thought I was you.

They are Lazy, they do not care and are VERY unhelpful. How hard is it to do your job correctly. I GUESS VERY HARD.

We have now stopped at this location 3 times since we arrived. Each time our orders have been perfect and the staff has been very kind. Dare I say I actually have liked this Starbucks better than the one we frequent back home!

The entire staff are friendly, funny, and greet me by name every time I visit. Orders are always correct and hot.
Vegetarian options: Sandwich wraps, drinks, and pastries.
Parking: Grocery Store parking with many disabled parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out. Automatic sliding doors.

Not worth what I spent. I went here because the Starbucks across town was out of coffee base for my mom's Frappuccino. I tried to order the lavender iced latte for myself, but they gave me matcha instead. They also told me that I could use the mother's day bogo if I paid with the app & the system wouldn't honor it. So I wasted money reloading my app instead of just paying with my debit card. I took the matcha anyway because I just didn't want to deal with them any longer. I won't be going back for myself, but if I get sent on a coffee run maybe.

Yeah. Ingles has my business from now on. There's one employee who lectures us anytime we do a mobile order. I don't mind waiting. It's an excuse to stop and be still. But I also don't like being chastised every time I walk into a store so I've learned to order at least ten minutes ahead to avoid the lecture. Today I arrived just at the time the app said the order would be ready. Went to the mobile pickup and grabbed my pastry. Again, I'm perfectly good waiting. This one employee starts in on the script of "we ask customers give us ten minutes blah blah blah." I said it's fine. I wasn't in a hurry but it had been ten minutes fyi. Guess what? It had been 9 minutes and 56 seconds. Seriously? I wasn't in a hurry. Wasn't upset. Was willing to wait ten more minutes or so. But I get a lecture for being 4 seconds early? I just left. The orders are correct only about 60% of the time anyway. One day they put lavender in my chai. So yeah, ingles it is.

I work at Starbucks myself, and I came in one day after working next-door and requested a caramel Frappuccino. The Frappuccino that I had received was white as a Starbucks employee caramel Frappuccino are not white. I kindly asked the lady to remake my drink, and she simply rolled her eyes and told me that it was a caramel Frappuccino.. I had to get a manager from the store itself to get her to correct herself. I’ve never Dealt with such a rude and disgusting worker, as that is not Starbucks motto. You’re better off going to an actual Starbucks not one that’s ran by a store employee.
