Had a wonderful experience today. I walked up to the counter and was greeted promptly. I placed my order, gave my name and sat down with my friend. My order was delivered to me at our table with a smile. I didn't have to get up and go to the counter to pick it up. How nice!!!

They were fabulous! We stopped in a little bit before closing. We did not know they were closing soon. They were very patient and very helpful. I could not remember how I normally get my drink. They made suggestions and fixed me the best drink!

Love the coffee, food and staff here but someone needs to check on Maya. I’ve never felt more hated by a complete stranger before than with her. This has happened on multiple occasions. Check on my girl because she seems miserable 25/8.

Had to wait a bit for my drink. Apparently it was ready , but my mobile phone didn’t notify me. The app showed that my order was going take 10 to 20 minutes. They were extremely busy Saturday morning other than that. Very clean Starbucks great place to study.

I went through the drive through and was told I would have to pay extra if I did not get ice!!!! I called and spoke with the shift manager Isaac, but was told that the manager (who was not there) Christian advised that they had to charge extra because ice makes it less product, and even though you are paying for 24 oz, if you decide you don't want ice, they are charging extra.....I was also advised this is a corporate thing and it should be across all Starbucks, but this is the only one I have had tell me this!!!! It should be listed on the Starbucks site if this is chargeable

The staff is great here at this location. Seems like they are a very busy store and need more staff to help with the overflow. I was at one point a customer that came everyday for that coffee but it has not been the same. The consistency of the coffee made is never the same way. When placing orders some get it right and some don't so i stopped going as much but ordered a drink the other day and again had specific instructions but was still made wrong and the lobby was closed due to a meeting of some sort. I spent 8$ for a drink to be made wrong.

The first day we came here was great, but the second day...the guy taking my ordered acted like he didn't have time to be taking my order. We were staying enjoying our morning asked for ceramic cup..he said we don't have those. Really?? We drank from them the day before. Idk what was going on .

the drink was nice, the lady at the drive thru was rude and snappy at my 81 year old grandma over missing 20 cents. ridiculous, no elderly woman should be treated like that. on top of that, she pressured my grandma to tip even after my grandma expressed she couldn’t see the screen.
