Waited to order for 20 mins, nobody answered. Pulled around, saw employee walk to back of store with the door locked at 7:30am. 2 hours after store opens.

Lady working said it would take up to 45 mins to make coffee. She was upset they were short staffed and only had two people on the floor. I’ve worked at Starbucks and I could manage the line that was in there with ease.

The manager at this place is a joke. She the woman with a very short haircut got a big old attitude gave us the wrong drink. We tell her this is not the drink we want we want the hot version of this drink. She tell us she can't take the drink back I say what am I supposed to do with this drink? She said you can pour it out and take it inside the trashcan I say ma'am I went to the drive-through so I didn't have to do all that and this lady literally thought that it's OK to tell the person that, because this is the type of service they have and they need to put a trashcan outside the door to Starbucks this lady Will mess your day up don't even go

I love a good cup of coffee, and the iconic Red Cup is a great bonus! The restaurant was clean, and the employees were on their game, even though it was quite busy. Keep up the great work!

We were told when we ordered it would be about a 30 minute wait which was fine but after 50 minutes we just went up to check and make sure our order wasn’t lost. The cashier told us there were still 9 orders in front of us because they are taking all the drive thru orders first and not actually making them in the order they came in. She fortunately did refund us our order so we could leave. Just waited 50 minutes and never got our coffee.

Went through the drive-through service was very slow. We were probably in line for a good 15 minutes and tried to go inside the store and they had the doors locked.

“Cafe” is closed due to staffing issues, so I wound up waiting muuuch longer for an online order than if I had just gone to an in-store location without ordering ahead. Bad look.

Iced Caramel Machiatto is so damn good! You get a bit of the soft caramel in every sip thru the straw. Uh My Gu...I can't live without it. TIP: IF YOU LIKE A SUPER SWEET DRINK ADD 1/2n1/2 and sugar. However, if you like the contrast of the bitter coffee and the sweet caramel, add the 1/2 n 1/2, but ditch the sugar. The caramel and whipped cream are sweet enough. Oh, and a croissant warmed with a tab of butter inside can't hurt. 😁

My family stopped in for breakfast on Sunday 10/13. They were so busy with drive-thru, online, and in-person orders, but they handled it like a champ! Great teamwork and great service!
