A true disappointment! We placed our order online to save time and make it easier for the sandwich "artist". The wrap was missing the Monterey cheddar cheese completely as well as the honey mustard. The flat bread was missing the black olives and the pepper jack cheese. When I called to let someone know that the order was wrong, the only solution given was for us to bring the food back. We were already all the way across town and did not have time to go back. No apology was given, he just said fine and hung up the phone when I stated that we just wanted a resolution. We all have bad days, but this behavior is unacceptable and I will NEVER stop at this location again.

Don’t ever write reviews but seemed like it really needed one. Came in nobody was at the counter waited for an easy 5-10 minutes a lady walks in coughing and cussing on the phone almost gagging super nasty and says give me a minute i’ll get your food kind of rude but just a really bad experience i’m not even from here not something you would like to see being out of town.

This location is trash! The owner is an active employee and makes it his business to scimp on ingredients and micro manage at its worst...this definitely doesn't feel like a real subway just some foreigner's playhouse

ONLINE ORDERS
2 times now I’ve ordered online and the order hasn’t been ready until 20-30 mins after it’s supposed to be ready.

If you are going to use their online service then plan to get your sandwich at least 20 mins after you were scheduled to.

Most people use online ordering because they are in a hurry or on a time crunch, they don’t care it’s easy to tell they don’t care by their attitudes and body language.

The food has been fine so far.

Just don’t expect a pleasant experience.

I wouldn’t order online. They just complain about making your sandwich the whole time while you wait there in front of them. (Mind you the app told me my order was ready and this was 30 min after I placed it.) I probably wouldn’t work in a sandwich shop if I didn’t want to make sandwiches, but that’s just me I guess.

I don’t normally write reviews but the service here was so appalling I had too. Me and my wife ordered 2 sandwiches at 6:20 pm Online and arrived at 6:35 to pick up our food which wasn’t ready even though the site had already confirmed it was. The worker there was the most rudest and nasty person I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I then waited until 6:50 still the food was not ready. The worker then refused a refund and refused to give us any info on corporate or her manager she then started to yell at my wife and told “if she didn’t like it she could go home “. Avoid this Subway.

I did an online order for pick up. The sub was ready upon arrival at schedule time. I was a little hesitant based off of some of the negative reviews. My sub was beautifully made plenty of toppings plenty of meat and tasted good. My interaction with the staff was brief they were friendly and nice.

When you order through app you get absolutely no meat. Ordered the BOGO online couldn't even find the "monster" steak on the bread.
