the lady in the front with glasses checking us out is very snappy when i ask simple questions like it should be common knowledge. the man and lady working the front are respectful

22 min is how long it took for anyone to ask me my order. I could have driven halfway to the next town for a different subway. Now I'll just go to another place out of town and save time. Don't bother bc I see why it has low reviews.

We ordered subs tonight to pick up on the app and its the first time we used Blue Ridge location and usually it’s good but I have to say whoever was making subs August 21 @ 8:00 in BluRidge did an awesome job. Thank you!

We ordered two protein bowls online. Specifically requested no lettuce, spinach only. Also paid for but never received extra protein, (turkey) in one of the protein bowls. When we picked up the order and took it home, the bowls contained only lettuce and NO spinach and certainly no added Turkey which I paid for. Trying to contact someone locally was impossible. Never a manager or even an assistant manager on duty, and when I left my phone number, no one ever called. Attempted to bring this matter to corporate attention and again no response. . Terrible customer service.

The girl that works there named amber needs a lesson on how to speak to customers. She is very rude and disrespectful.

If you like crappy attitude with your service here's the place. The older lady was rude and disrespectful to all 3 of us. Asked about a new item on the menu, got the hand wave and eye roll. If you dislike your job and people get another job. This just looks bad for the subway brand. Definitely won't do business here again.

Walked in the door, immediately felt disrespected and attacked. I was told that they were not going to serve us due to not having bread…..I wanted nachos and a cookie, but didn’t even get the opportunity to order.

Giving this place 5 stars because they're always polite to my Coupon-King father even though he always pushes everyone's buttons.

A true disappointment! We placed our order online to save time and make it easier for the sandwich "artist". The wrap was missing the Monterey cheddar cheese completely as well as the honey mustard. The flat bread was missing the black olives and the pepper jack cheese. When I called to let someone know that the order was wrong, the only solution given was for us to bring the food back. We were already all the way across town and did not have time to go back. No apology was given, he just said fine and hung up the phone when I stated that we just wanted a resolution. We all have bad days, but this behavior is unacceptable and I will NEVER stop at this location again.
