Great wings! Cool vibes. Tons of beers on draft. Karaoke and live music. The fried chicken sandwich is great with buffalo sauce instead of ranch. The handmade mozzarella sticks are ?.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT EXPERIENCE the workers are unprofessional and the clientele is even worst. I went to the bathroom and my food was suppose to be watched. I came back and some dude who knew the staff was eating my food and when confronted promised he would pay for it but didn’t. After all that I was told that I still had to pay for it and I don’t know if they have cameras or not but not only did I feel violated cause my food had been stolen but intimated after I complained. Please BE Careful GOING TO THESE PLACES the area may seem nice but the patrons and employees there horrible. HOWever the moral of the story is don’t go there this seems to be the culture of the place from top to bottom no accountability unless you yourself like that sort of thing.

Bartender charged me $11.50 for a drink that’s $8. The whole cup was ice and didn’t even fill it all the way was only 3/4 full. So I looked at my drink and she asked Rudely “is something wrong” I said “ yes, look at my drink it’s not even full”. It was literally an ice cup with a splash of vodka and 1/4th a Red Bull. She obviously got all mad started talking to me disrespectfully. So I walked away. She ended up coming over when security was talking to me, and slapping the drink out of my hand. While doing so she hit my nose, knocked my glasses off my face, and my hat off my head. Then her husband who is a security guard. Was outside threatening too “knock me out” & “make me swallow” my teeth. Very very unprofessional. Repercussions are needed. But they won’t do anything about it. I should’ve just called the cops n had the bartender arrested. Also Jermaine was in my face yelling that he is the owner after he grabbed my arm n pulled me back, because he thought I was “underage”. After security checked my id at the door. The bartender checking my id. And I even offered Jermaine too see my id at the door, he denied said I didn’t need too. I know the owner personally I have done work for the owner. So I hate I’m even leaving a review like this. But the staff is very rude very unprofessional and very physical. Something needs to change….

If I could leave a 0 star that would the first pick. My friends and I came to this city to decompress from a business city we live in. This restaurant and staff TERRIBLE!!! Two hour wait no food. We asked if we could just pay for what had already made it to our table and they call the LOCAL POLICE!! Crazy because we never said that we would pay the bill we just wanted our food!!! Not sure about come back to the city. This whole experience put a bad name on BLUE RIDGE for us. We will be spreading the word on how horrible of and experience we had.

The atmosphere is great, the service from the staff is great. However, after a certain time of night, when you have to wait to be seated, you could be standing there forever! Get there before the music starts and you won't have to pay the cover. AND the live music is so so so loud! I'm not an old fogie at all, and I've spent most of my adult life in dive bars, but this is beyond abnormally loud! You can't not talk at all without screaming unless you sit outside! Such a disappointment. But that is the only reason I didn't give it five stars for a dive bar! Everything else is stellar! And lastly... they don't care about making you feel welcome, so just go in (past the "wait here" sign), sit down, and get their attention!
