The place itself is charming, but the service left much to be desired. The cashier didn’t greet us or make eye contact, and we noticed the same lack of warmth with other customers as well. It made the atmosphere feel a bit off.
For the high prices, I expected a friendlier experience. The tea was juts okay. I’d consider other options next time.

The store is very clean with a bright and fun way to display all of the tea options (sooo many). But the customer service was lacking. The employee who waited on us had absolutely no enthusiasm and acted bothered that we asked for recommendations. We get that it was a busy time of day. But a positive attitude and friendliness goes a long way.
