Love their iced teas! Vanilla Peach and Candy Apple were my favorites, the Strawberry Love is good as well. Went there 3 days in a row and will definitely miss this place, I wish we had one back home! Prices are really good too, very affordable compared to the big guys! Fortunately I bought some tea leaves to take home with me.

There were no other customers in the store when my husband and I walked in. The two girls behind the counter didn't even look up from their phones when we came in. We looked at a menu and placed our order. The girl just told us the total and didn't say anything else. After that, they gave us the wrong order. Honestly horrible service. What we got didn't taste bad but gosh, they need to hire different people to work there. Definitely won't be back.

Great tea, but the main woman behind the counter was so rude. She was yelling at her employees the entire time in front of the customers, and, like many others said, acted like I was a nuisance for asking questions. As I left, she started talking about me to her employees. Very unprofessional.

Great place to get a hot or iced tea: dozens of kinds to choose from, steeped fresh. Good price too. Green, herbal, black and white teas as well as matcha. Can get in bulk as well.
