we came in through the drive through, ordered two biggie bags and after i paid at the second window they handed me my food and said “have a good day” i pulled off realizing my drinks were missing so i went back in to get them. mind you, when i asked they made me get them myself. understandable, but when i went to the car and checked my bag one of the sandwiches was missing. inspected the rest of the food and it look terrible. my chicken nuggets look terrible. 1/10! this place sucks from the people to the food. better off going to mcdonald’s

Had my order messed up the food was horrible called and spoke to Morgan, manager, very friendly explained everything and she told me I could have a refund because I didn't want the food made over. I couldn't come right then but was told to bring my receipt, she took my name and number and she would pass on to the next manager. Well went back little later and the next manager named Petra wouldn't give me my refund. She wanted to disrespect her fellow manager (Morgan) and making excuses as to why I couldn't have a refund after I was told by Morgan that I could. Even Petras staff was asking her what the problem was and why she wouldn't give me the refund. She was not helpful at all wouldn't give me district phone number. So I'm out of food and money. I haven't gotten my refund yet. Is this how Wendy's treats their customers. I haven't meet the new general manager but i see him posting on local Business pages so maybe he will take care of this problem. We shall see how business is handled with the GM.

My husband and I traveled here from Jacksonville and we had such an amazing experience with Larry M at this location. He was so polite and friendly at 11:40 pm. Usually when i go to wendys at that time they are usually close although on google says they are open or for some reason their system is always down. i think Wendys need to hire more of Larry lol.

I can say for me and my husband that this Wendy’s is good and if your lucky you can get someone with nice manners and respectful to you but sometimes you can get someone that’s a total ass towards you but overall my husband today went to redeem his free rewards and he got a burger that was not fully cooked and that’s really nasty so I think for now own you need to double check and make sure that the meat is fully done and cooked all the way though because that’s gross! If I could upload the photo on here of the burger everyone could see but it’s just gross…

I was ran off because of slow service. If you have 30 minutes for lunch don't come here. This was at 2:30 pm. If there slow with DM there what do you think when he's not there.

Went through drive-through and just had to wait two minutes on our fries and they were fresh and tasted awesome and received our burgers and I have to say it was one of the best burgers I ever ate from. Wendy’s. Definitely will be returning thank you to the young man that served us!!

I order food correctly and they got it wrong and they was high on something and get mad at me for telling them it was wrong and there screw up. And the guy mocked me when I handed him the sandwich back. Worst people are working there at 7:40 is when this happened. And the guy was very disrespectful to me!
