Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Wings were completely dry and very difficult to eat. Almost all of the tables were dirty and very unkept. Floors were very sticky. The general manager was very unprofessional with her AirPod in while taking customers’ orders. All around a very unprofessional environment!

Went here today cause just love Zaxbys. I always give a good rating but today their dinning room was closed which is highly unusual. Drive thru was open but we wanted to dine in tonight but couldn't due to the dinning room being closed. Who closes the dinning room anymore??

Went on a slow day and had above average service. Good food but they forgot my zax sauce. Would recommend if you like perfectly seasoned chicken while on a road trip

Overhaul the staff, find smarter teenagers. Receipt has 6 sauces, I got none. Order says fries, got slaw. Nibblers have enough sauce to maybe cover a Junior Mint. Chicken tastes like it's been on the counter for 3 hours and the girl at drive thru was rude. Basically, just go to Popeyes, this Zaxbys should go under.

Ordered their “nuclear” and “buffalo garlic blaze” which are supposed to be “hot”. Both are flavorless, 1 out of 10 on spiciness, basically just orange colored boneless chicken with no sauce.

Love Zaxbys and and eat there whenever we travel (none near home). Only issue with this store, one sauce for 4 fingers. Extra sauce is $.25. It’s only $.25 I know but at the same time, it’s only $.25! $13 for chicken fingers, throw in an extra sauce if they ask for it. Otherwise, love the food!

Walking in the place to eat is way better than eating out and going drive through. Food is night and day difference. Also a lady named Abigail has been snarky with my wife when ordering and I do not appreciate that at all. Please make sure the food you get inside is just as good at the drive through.
