Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They are always slow and understaffed. The staff seem miserable to be there.

It use to be a great location, but things have gone way downhill. It’s just sad.

Imagine paying for food, driving 15 miles, and getting home to find it wrong. Then imagine driving all the way back, wasting 30 miles of gas, and instead of fixing it with an apology or a freebie, they argue with you. That’s Blue Ridge Zaxby’s customer service in a nutshell: WRONG, RUDE, and WORTHLESS. Y’all should be embarrassed.

The girl that waited on us at the counter was super informative and explained everything about the menu. Although it was a fast food restaurant, she took her time and explained their menu to us since we had never been there. Everything was super fresh and hot and tasted great!!! My choice for fast food chicken or wings for sure!!!

Food is good. Could be more hot, so the cheese melts. The employees are always friendly, just a little slow serving food sometimes. But maybe a machine didn’t work or not enough people there. Seating area ok, just very cold inside.

The assistant manager at 2:30 pm on Sunday the 17th of August needs someone to talk to her about her yelling at her employees. She needs a attitude adjustment and she is not helping your business...Especially when custo.ers are present.. Please take note of this action that she is doing.

Overall it was a good experience, and the food is always good. But I might be a little biased because Zaxby's is my favorite chicken haha. But I've genuinely never had a bad experience. The only reason I give it 4 stars on service and atmosphere, is because it's usually pretty loud (between the music and the people) and difficult to hear the cashier, and vice versa. But they've always gotten my order right and it's always been a pleasant experience otherwise.

First the prices were insane but aside from that the trays were sticky on the bottom, the counters needed wiped down, the workers were more interested in each other than the customers, the tables were not cleaned off and my salad was just thrown together and they did not ask if we wanted
any condiments like ketchup or ranch. The iced tea containers were emptied before they closed. So disappointed as it was once a very clean well run establishment.

I've been going to this Zaxbys every Sunday evening for years! One of the simple pleasures in my life. The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick!

Drive thru worker was very nice. They forgot an item in our order and when we received it the food was completely cold. The “fresh” food wasn’t much better. Dairy Queen up the street blows this place out of the water. Terrible, horrible, dry, tasteless chicken, cold fries and burnt toast. We will never be back.

Food was fine. Tasted like grocery store fried chicken. Painfully mediocre. We were given the wrong order, which was corrected. They only gave one (1) sauce for THREE(3) orders. Chick-fil-A does it better. Also, the soap dispenser in the men's room didnt work. Makes me concerned about the safety of the food...

I dont know what happened to the quality of Zaxby's in Blue Ridge....but for the price of the food it sure is absolutely ridiculous that i dont get great quality food for my hard earned $$$.....VERY DISPLEASED ULTIMATELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
