I didn’t get knowledge when at the counter. The guy was sweeping the floor spoke to the Asian guy, but instead assisting me the processed to the back to assist the lady that was making sandwiches. I was absolutely disgusted because he didn’t change his gloves or washed his hand after handling a broom. I walked out

I love this BK! Literally the only decent one I've been to in 10+ years. Super friendly staff, food is always hot and neat, and it's always cheap. Idk who's not giving this 5 stars, but I'm a monthly regular that lives just down the street, and I haven't had a bad experience yet.

WARNING: If you order an Impossible Whopper from this location, check it thoroughly for hidden pieces of bacon.
I don’t eat meat and really enjoy having a plant based burger option nearby. My wife and I have ordered from this location a few times. Sometimes you just really want a burger! Tonight we were watching football and decided to order.
We received our food and after taking a bite I noticed a different texture. I spit the bite out and there was a piece of bacon in it. I opened the burger and there were several more torn up pieces of bacon mixed in with the toppings.
I took my bacon and went to the location to voice my displeasure. I was met with ambivalence, and at no point was offered anything that could remotely serve as an apology. The person behind the counter offered to have the food remade. I declined since they’ve snuck animal products into my food once tonight, I don’t want it again. I also worked in food service for years and know what happens to food that is remade when a customer is upset.
I have no problem admitting I jammed plenty of choice words into my conversation. I feel justified in being upset.
The line cook this whole time was hiding behind his grill station with a smug little smile on his face. He obviously found this situation very humorous, yet clearly isn’t confident enough to face the person whose food he decided to alter when confronted.
The person behind the counter tried to say he just made a mistake. This was no mistake. A mistake would be serving the burger as a bacon whopper is meant to be served, with a WHOLE piece of bacon on it, not several small torn up pieces hidden in the toppings. Also, the bacon isn’t stored in a place where a small piece could just fall in with the burger. The line cook knew exactly what he was doing and is an absolutely abhorrent person. My reasoning behind not eating meat is irrelevant. Some folks have religious obligations, others have serious health issues, in the end we all have the autonomy to choose what we want to eat.
He doesn’t get to change the contents of someone’s meal without notice. This is unethical and grossly negligent. My whole reasoning behind going there in person is to remind him that we don’t all just exist behind a keyboard. There are real humans that have to deal with his decisions.
Consequences also exist.
I’ve already reached out to BK Corporate and I’m planning to contact the OC Environmental Health Office for cross-contamination as well as Amex for a chargeback.
I’ll update this review with findings.

I love the burgers from Burger King when they put them on the grill like advertised. When I ordered my burger “off the grill” I did not get it that way. I think all the burgers should be off the grill as they taste 💯 better. I know it takes a couple minutes to prepare that way but you would sell a whole lot more

The empoyee seens to hate life. My cashier was not friendly. The speed of service here is horrible. I went though the drive-thru was told to pull forward and wait even though no one was in line with me or inside. Nearly 10 minutes later I got my order. I watch three people walk in order and walk out with food while I waited. I guess if you have to go to this location just go inside. The employees clearly hate there job, but at least on the inside it is faster service probably so that you will leave and not ask for anything. Oh yeah the food was fresh, but after the long wait it should be.
