This is a huge shout out to Sam's Club Optical Dept. I cannot thank the wonderful staff there enough! Especially Kimberly! Let me tell you about how wonderful she is!!!! Both my husband and myself had trouble with our prescription glasses after having them made via Sam's Club. IT WASN'T SAM'S CLUB that made the errors! It was the optician's office where we had our eye exams in another city! And, the trained eye of Kimberly helped us both to figure out what was wrong! We had to go back to the eye doctor to get the prescriptions changed and then back to Sam's Club to get new lenses. The service at Sam's was more white glove than many of the five star hotels in which we stayed for work! Seriously! So, if you need glasses, go see Kim at Sam's Club in Bogart, Ga! She totally rocks!

I placed an order a pick up on 11/16 and it scheduled between 12:00-1:00pm on 11/17. Had a friend who was kind enough to make the trip out there from another town. She arrived about 12:15. Finally at 1:30 she was able to find someone to help her. Only to be told the order wasn’t ready. I made multiple calls and spent 1 1/2 hrs on hold trying to speak with a manager but no one ever picked up. Finally at 7:29pm Sams notified me that my order was ready. Thank goodness Costco just opened in Athens. They will get my business from now on.

Ordered coffee. Was sent within two days. The only complaint is with Fed X. It was raining and the driver set the box on the steps rather than on the porch under the shelter

The worst sam’s club. When my membership ends it’s going to be a lot easier to just get my bjs membership again and have things shipped. All the employees here are incompetent. The other day I was having trouble logging in to the app and my card was in a diff bag. I asked if I could go to customer service and they could print out a temp pass. The girl said “noOo wE dOnT dO tHaT”. I told her another sam’s club did and you can and she rolled her eyes and asked her associate for

Just a few minutes ago management at this Sam’s Club, refused to refund a $50 bottle of champagne that was soured. They claimed Georgia law said they could not take it back, but in fact, Georgia law leaves the decision up to the merchant if there was something wrong with the product. Personally, I think they saw senior citizens and decided to take advantage of them. Do not buy wine here, because if it has gone bad, you are stuck with paying for nothing. They lost our business forever.

Had a total knee replacement 2 weeks ago and needed a cart. Went twice and no carts both times. Obviously they need more motorized carts for people who need them. Guess I’ll go to Costco where they always have them available.
