Such great staff and food but cold air blowing on me no matter where I sat; and I like cool temps. I was very uncomfortable and ate quickly so I could get out of there. Friends later told me Waffle Houses are always freezing once they begin using the AC. I guess I am the last to know.

I went here with my family, and your whole staff went outside to smoke weed. I have my family here, and your restaurant smelled like weed, then your workers started laughing, trying to hide the smell with perfume. You guys need to check your camera and fire all of them. January 25 9:35 am.

This waffle house located by the pepsi plant on atlanta highway has great customer service. I ate here several days ago and absolutley loved the food. The staff was friendly and kind.

Just left out of the ICE COLD Waffle House! THEY HAVE NO HEAT! Although the staff were upbeat and trying to keep warm, I couldn’t imagine being in there all day with no heat. It was so cold in there, you could see your breath coming from your mouth. It was an unpleasant experience having to eat in an ICE COLD restaurant! They have a small space heater that they take turns sitting in front of to get so warmth but does nothing for the rest of the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable and I find it very disturbing that they would have their dedicated staff work in those conditions. Something needs to be done immediately before they freeze! By the way, the food was hot and delicious as usual!

NEVER AGAINWell, first, I sat for 20 minutes just waiting for someone to speak to me. Placed a takeout order for 2 Patty Melts, $5.75 each and 1 double order of all the way hashbrowns, 1 hashbrpwn with mushrooms, onions, cheese, and chili, and a pecan waffle. RIP OFF!!!! $50?!!!I HAVE ORDERED THE EXACT SAME THING FOR YEARS. 1st time I have EVER paid $50 for this meal. I DROVE back up there because it shocked me that this meal cost as much as it did. Well, the lovely lady proceeded to Add everything a la carte? Seriously? And THEN TELL ME THAT THEY ADD 20% For takeout?! Why? !!! That is a rip off and I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN if this is how you are treating customers. Unbelievable.
