I want to thank the deli associates for helping me out today. a good friend of our lost his mom suddenly and we were trying to take a dinner to them. It's hard to plan a 24 hour advance notice when someone dies unexpectedly. They helped me out and waived the notice so that I could take care of my friends during this time of sadness. Thanks so much for bending the policy!

Do not use the Kroger Pharmacy! Their lines are always long and never have your prescription in a timely manner. I called at 9 am to see when prescription would be ready. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I went 4 hours later at 1:00 to pick up. I was told it would be another hour. I went back 5 hours later at 6:00 and was then told it was still not ready. Today is not a good day to ask. The help was not friendly. The bag boys do not know how to bag groceries. I handed my coupons to the cashier at the very beginning and I had to hand them to her again at the end and at that point my $17 off coupon had gotten lost somewhere on the belt so it did not get added in. So when I ask her if she had done that one she said no sorry. You’ll have to go to the information desk.So I waited in line 30 minutes behind three people to get my $17 back. Not happy

Our experience today was the worst. My husband and I like to grocery shop in the early mornings because the store is well stocked and not as busy. We spent well over $400 only to bag our own groceries in a non self checkout line. The cashier was super sweet and explained to us she called for assistance but of course no came. This is completely unacceptable Kroger management.

Big thank you to Sherry in the deli, who tried her best to help me today when no one from management would come, even though they paged them TWICE. She’s a shining example of what customer service should be, even when she wasn’t given the tools to do it. She should be in management.

I do not recommend the pick up service between 6-7pm. I waited for 30minutes just for them to tell me I was on the wrong side of the line (mind you I was waiting behind cars in front of me) and no accommodations were made. I was told to go to the back of the line. My waiting didnt matter and the people who came in after me were seen first. Very poor customer service. Will not be back. I never have this problem at Publix. Their prices may be higher, but there service is a million times better.

Not during this time I wouldn’t recommend. They are not limiting the amount of customers and it was slam packed to where there was no way to keep a 6ft distance. I ended up just leaving without my stuff. Please try better to keep people safe

The customer service is the absolute WORST. While some employees are fine, many are rude and seem to be bothered to do their job. They talk about other employees and customers in front of you and give you conflicting information causing the need for multiple trips to the store to try and resolve an issue.
