My wife and I loved McAllister’s back in Illinois, so when they opened one here in Middle Georgia.

Overall, the food has been good the few times we have gone to this location, However, service and the time to get you food are less than desirable. This last time our food took 30 minutes to come out. We were confused because we saw other tables getting their food that came in after us. We didn’t order anything special. Also, ordering was a struggle as the cashier wasn’t listening or communicating back with us.

I believe it may have been a MGR that eventually brought our food out. When we asked what the issue was, he just stated he was sorry several times it took so long. Pretty sure our order just got lost in the shuffle somehow… the restaurant was not very busy at the time. He did offer to give us a dessert of some kind and we said no thank you.

We will try again another time and hope for a better experience!

I ordered a Half Chicken Caesar Salad and Half Spud Max for delivery from the McAllisters in Bonaire for delivery. Not only did the restaurant put the hot food and cold food in the SAME container, both were incorrectly prepared. I ordered and paid for extra bacon, I couldn’t find but one piece. The Chicken Caesar Salad had no dressing on it. There wasn’t any. Not at all. That completely ruined the meal. When I called the restaurant, they said all they could do was give me a credit for extra dressing the next time I came in.

This was my first time visiting the location and thought I would give it a try since I didn't feel like cooking. I placed my order on line and picked it up in the drive through. This location is liberally 7 minutes from my home. I ordered the McAlister's Club with a Side Salad. The sandwich was dry and tasteless with the slights bit of honey mustard on one slice of the bread. As l bite into it there was something hard so I decided not to crew it. When I looked at it was the bacon. It wasn't crispy but hard and oily looking like perhaps it had been sitting for a while, not fresh by any means. The bread was toasted but not fresh. I'm thinking how hard is it mess up a club sandwich. They were super busy is not an excuse because there was perhaps one car in the lot and I was the only vehicle in the drive through. This was on a day when we were supposed to receive sleet and rain so most people stayed at home.

The side salad was ok but I completely lost my appetite after a few bites of my tasteless sandwich.

We've noticed that lately, meat portions on sandwiches has decreased significantly. Got a ham and cheese sandwich today, as part of my pick 2, and it only had 2 small slices of ham. Similar to the last sandwich (roast beef) I got a couple weeks ago.

I have never experienced such rude customer service as I have today. Christina is not fit for serving customers. McAllisters focuses on quality service. Christina was very snappy and rude to me while taking my order. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwanted in this establishment. I've never been made to feel that way anywhere. I do not feel comfortable coming back here as long as she is employed.

My wife called me crying about how they wouldn't sell her a half spud with cheese dip on top. They wouldn't do it, they forced her to buy the full size Potato which is a lot even for one person. Btw
Big one looks to be 2 half baked potatoes put together anyways. So I don't understand why they wouldn't do it. when a pregnant lady in her third trimester has a craving for a half spud with cheese dip... you should be able to sell just the half spud... with the cheese dib on top. She can't finish the whole meal and we hate wasting food. Very disappointed in the service today. Otherwise, food here is great. Will come again, hopefully to a better experience .

Food is good. Service takes forever and items are forgotten. When going back through the window to get forgotten items, it can take 10+ minutes on top of the 15-20 you already waited.

Save time. Go somewhere else if you are able. The food isn’t worth the wait.

Seems like the workers have a hard time determining which salad dressing to give the customers. Asked for specific salad dressing and get ranch everytime. This has happen three in the past month.

Ordered online for my drive-thru pick up at 3:23pm. I knew I was early when I got there at 3:09pm. I made eye contact with a lady in the light blue shirt. I just knew she was coming back to ask for my name and hand me my drink b/c that’s what normally happens. No one came to help me. At 3:23pm I called the store to see if my order maybe wasn’t ordered. The same lady comes up to the window and instead of greeting me she puts her finger up asking me to wait she’s answering a call. The call was me. I tell her it’s me so she hangs up. She asks my name and closes the window abruptly. A blonde hair girl ‘very sweet’ hands me my food. I said thank you. I asked about my drink and she said “I thought my manager already gave it to you. That’s what she said” I politely said no ma’am I’m sorry I didn’t get it. I asked if it was really busy in the store? She said not at all. The manager was the lady in the light blue shirt. The manager ‘much later’ came back with my tea. I asked her name and she said it was Miranda and closed the window abruptly. Listen….we all have bad days and I totally get that, but I haven’t done anything to make you so upset except order food from this establishment that you work at. I’ve never met her before and for some reason she felt personally offended that I existed and wanted food. So I won’t be ordering for a while.
