I ordered a delivery with this store. And they left my pizza on the ground in front of my door without ringing the doorbell and the app tracker never said delivered and it was still stating “on its way”. When I finally checked outside out of curiosity I found my items (pizza, 6pc wings, & brownies) on the ground in front of my front door. And when opened my pizza box there were ants crawling all over my pizza. I called the store to speak with the manager and he stated “you will have to repurchase a new pizza because you delivered was no contact” I called corporate.

Did not authorize Door Dash delivery but you switched it from Papa John's delivery anyway. Pizza was cold after waiting an hour to deliver it 2 miles. Nothing against the Door Dash driver at all, but it you don't offer in-house delivery, tell me and let me choose. I would drive two miles. I'm done with Door Dash John's

Absolutely fantastic place. Literally every spot in clean and I'm very very picky about pj since I've previously managed my own years ago. Staff extremely friendly and food so hot it still burns your mouth I love it!! Wish I could get a call to give a shout out for an employee who has gone above and beyond every single time I visit as if it's natural. This has to be the most friendly and dare I say perfect pizza place in the entire district!!!

This location pretty much lost me as a customer. Me and the family wanted a good pizza for lunch and decided we wanted to go to this location, it was bad enough that we had to wait 15-20 minutes behind a family that was indecisive which was no fault to this business at all but while we were waiting we see the cook in the back rubbing and scrubbing his nose with his bare hands preparing pizzas!!!! That was completely disgusting!!! No one used gloves when preparing the food which is one thing but to be touching your face rubbing your nose and wiping sweat with your bare hands then preparing the food is beyond disgusting. We left and will never return.

The service here is always great. The staff is helpful, quick, and nice. The food was really good when it first opened, but it does feel like the quality has gone down some recently. Not sure if it's the restaurant or maybe corporate changed something that is affecting the quality.
You can't make a left turn into the parking lot. You have to go down the road and make a U-turn. Not the restaurant's fault, just a head's up.

This is strictly looking at the Gluten free crust. I’m usually a huge fan, but the Gluten Free crust is awful. How could it be so nasty compared to a smaller chain such as Stoners or Fatty’s pizza??? Y’all are valued at over $1.1b, there should be better ingredients in there when comparing to smaller chains. It looks amazing! I had to flip it over to verify I wasn’t eating the box. In the end I just scraped the toppings off. Also, why did yall stop heating up the garlic butter?
