I usually have a relatively decent experience at this store. Today, unfortunately I had the worst service ever. I walked into the store and greeted one of the employees, she ignored me. In fact, she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me, she just called for the other employee to come take my order. The other employee came and just stared at me in silence. When I inquired about why they seemed off, the one taking my order admitted that they were a little tired and overwhelmed. We had a pretty quick and respectful encounter after that-I thought.
They proceeded to make everyone’s order before mine. Four different parties that came and ordered after me were served before me. I believe that the only reason they started making my order was because I asked them about it twice. Overall awful experience and I won’t be returning to this location.

I'm shock to hear that this Smoothie King franchise in Bonaire does not give military discounts when others do. I was surprised to see that not all franchise are not the same across the board.

Smoothie was great. Too bad my son's was closer to 25 oz. vs 32 oz.
I wanted something light for breakfast. I drove past but came back. I haven't been to a Smoothie King in a few years, I honestly forgot about this place. I am so glad I came in. The chocolate-covered almonds were delicious. I had the blueberry heaven was amazingly good. I had to modify another Smoothie because of allergies and it was good as well. I will see you all again real soon. Thank you, Ms. Kristina and Ms. Sarah for taking care of me.

We don't go here often. Honestly it's normally a stop after a surgery or similar to get something easy to swallow/digest. Most recently after family members surgery we came in and ordered 2 smoothies it was around 5 pm on a Thursday we were the only ones there. It took longer for us to decide on what to get than it did to get the drinks made and be out the door. The service has been fast and nice each time we've been.
