“I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything is made with fresh, delicious ingredients, and I try something new every time we visit, i've never been disappointed. If you have food allergies or any kind of dietary restrictions, this is absolutely the place to go. This last visit was extra special when the manager surprised us with a new item that’s not even on the menu yet, and wow! It was amazing. I can’t wait for it to officially make its debut!“

“Move over morning coffee and RUN to Rise Up Nutrition for a HUGE variety of healthy loaded teas, beauty beverages, specialty drinks and coffees, post workout shakes and a TON of protein shakes! I love the tastes and variety of the drinks and how most all of them help replace a meal or help give me the focus I need to get through a tough work day. So many options that are good for you and served by the sweetest people. Try the Batman if you have a child or need a post Friday night electrolyte boost. If you want a meal replacement, try a protein shake… I love the Butterfinger, Lemon Ice Box or Strawberry Shortcake. I just tried the Pink Drink which is delish and gave me a good dose of healthy stuff. My other fave is the Dole Whip, because if you can’t get one at Disney, then Rise Up is a darn good Dupe!“
