“Man, I have been looking for a place like this for a very long time. There are places that serve meal prep and places that focus on healthy options. But there are 0 places that serve healthy, protein-focused options for a great price! Idk how they do it but Jay and the team over at Lean Kitchen in Roswell have perfected the 2.The food is great and healthy and keeps you full for a long time and the price is hard to believe. Most meals are around 10$/meal or less. You can't even go to Wendy's and get a meal for 10$ nowadays and the nutritional value is not comparable. Not to mention they deliverer for only $5!They have a super user-friendly app where you can pick your meals for the week and of course there is a discount for ordering in "bulk". They also have a rewards program that adds up very quickly. Seems like I have earned a free meal every week.The owner, Jay, is truly one of a kind too. He is super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and the supplements in his store. Not to mention, in a world where owners and businesses give every excuse in the book to raise their prices, Jay does everything in his power to keep his lower than everyone else. The prices haven't changed one bit in the year+ that i've been using Lean Kitchen.I can't say enough good things about this place and Jay and I feel so lucky there is one close to me. It's been an absolute game changer for my fitness/health goals as well as my budget! “I got the vegan wrap and a golden latte which are both things I really love and make at home. I struggle when I’m out and about finding food that’s actually good for you, so I was delighted to get to try this place. There’s not one where I live out in canton. It was delicious, and everyone was friendly. I could say it was kinda expensive but honestly, I’m happy to pay $20 as a total for those two items. It would be the same price at other unhealthy fast food places, especially places like zaxbys or h chick fil a.“

“Great, healthy, portion-controlled meals. I enjoy many of the weekly meal plan offerings. A couple suggestions: I wish that all of the meals had green vegetables (some lack them), and I wish that some of the weekly meal plan offerings had tofu, fish, or shrimp rather than mostly just chicken and beef.“

“Genuinely surprised. These bowls have always been a hopeful gimmick to me, but this place quality controls their fruit so well they pulled it off. The textures were all correct, and that's so hard to come by. 10/10, you'll see me again“

“Ordered the Harissa Lemon Tabbouleh with grilled chicken and brown rice. Very tasty and sauces were excellent. Also had Tahini Cucumber Feta with half greens and couscous with spicy grilled chicken. The chicken was appropriately seasoned. Sauces were excellent. The temperature was warm, leaning to room temperature. Would have liked the food hotter. Good customer service and fast (could be why the food is only slightly warm). Will be back.“

“The best shakes and teas! I haven't tried a shake or tea I haven't liked. There are so many options that there is a flavor for anyone. They are so filling and make a great breakfast or lunch. The energy teas are how I get my day going. Most importantly the friendliest people work there. It's a great place to kick back and meet up with friends.“
