“Initially came in because tapas weren’t available upstairs until 2:00. We (2) were promptly greeted and decided to sit at the bar with Courtney who served our first drinks. After checking in with our birthday guest, she informed us that the group decided to come down and eat as well. Without hesitation Courtney and Alexa prepped a table for our group, provided waters and menus, and took great care of us. Alexa was our server and she did not miss a beat. All orders were timely placed, food came out together, and the checkout process was very organized. Thank you Alexa and Courtney for being so accommodating, personable, and professional. Places like Chateau Elan can be overwhelming but people like these women make you feel like you’re right at home!“
