I had not eaten at Wayback since they had issues with a failed inspection a while back, but always enjoyed their good Carolina burger.
Went back yesterday for the first time, and found that the burger is smaller, with prefab formed patties. While the chips were very good….I was disappointed with the burger based on previous experience. Sad because previously the Carolina was a great burger. Not sure if I will go back after this change.
We love their burgers however, the last two visits there was a 30 minute wait because of lack of workers. The very last time the owner had left and the two people there could not speak English so we were asked to wait for owner to return. 🫤. This business will not last with this kind of customer service.
