Thanks for the loyalty to your Tallapoosa customers. So after years of ordering pizzas online and having them delivered to Tallapoosa, suddenly I'm no longer able. You only deliver to Tallapoosa Thursday - Sunday and I can't order online. Thanks for thinking about the customer with this "business decision".
So I placed an order at 10:30am. Its not 12:30pm and I haven't seen my pizza yet. I called the store and a man answers the phone says thanks for calling please hold, and before I could say anything he put me on hold. I was on hold for over 8 minutes. I hung up and called again, this time I got someone to talk to me. The guy stumbled through words and implies the pizza is in route. Papa John's customer service is outstanding! I called in my order. When I arrived, for some reason, they couldn't find my pizza. They apologized profusely, refunded my money, replaced my pizza AND threw in a brownie. Although it wasn't necessary, it was very much appreciated. Thank you for the awesome service!!!
