Put regular milk in my girlfriend's drink even though she asked for almond milk and the label said it. She's not too sensitive but this could be a real problem for somebody who is more lactose intolerant

I just wanted to personally leave this review. Not because of a purchase. But, because of a young lady working for Starbucks with such a wonderful attitude. On the way out of ingles after finishing my salad in the cafe seating area. I walked toward the door and although I didn’t happen to be a customer of her own she still made sure to very politely and directly say “Have a good day!” And also made sure to tell others as they were passing her by as well. I only drink coffee...

I love the sweet young lady that works there I'm old and can't see very well and she always helps me so much and always has a big smile on her face just makes me feel welcome her name is Cheyenne go ask for her she's the best!!!!!
