In less than 3 minutes, he came to inquire if I wanted appetizers. My order was brought in under 15 minutes. The burger I selected was tasty, however it was a bit smaller than I expected. I also ordered a cocktail that was perfectly blended.I'd go again.“

“We called last week and found out that the fall menu started today so showed up for lunch and had the Jack Salmon. It was better than we remembered from last year and, since it's only available for a month we shall be back several times. We requested that they put in the suggestion box we'd like it to stay on the menu year round but I don't have high hopes of that happening...maybe it could be kept around for three months? Just mouth watering!!!“

“Officially obsessed with this spot! First time in ATL as an adult and I truly enjoyed my brunch at Bulla. Caroline was so sweet, thorough and attentive! ♥️ 10/10- request her section, you won’t regret it.I went with the prix fixe menu. Started with the watermelon salad which was light and refreshing and good combo of sweet and savory with the tomatoes. Followed by the chicken and waffles - chicken (thighs, I think) well seasoned and crispy! Waffles perfectly soft and crispy (as Waffles should be!) and ended with the torrija (ice cream was delicious, personally didn’t love the bread, but likely because I was stuffed already).Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Also, doubling down. Caroline was great, love her. Be good to her!“

The garlic Parmesan fries on the side were good but not great I would say. They have wide variety of dips and I really liked sriracha mayo with the burger and fries. The VIETNAMESE WINGS were just fireeee? loved the basil flavor and as the waiter mentioned it takes a lot of time for these wings so you better order them first if you’re ordering multiple things. The service was good but they’re only 2 for the whole restaurant so it took quite some time for asking anything else. “Torched Hop has quickly become one of my favorite spots. For the beer lover, Torched Hop has got it all, especially some top-tier IPA's. On top of their great selection of in-house brews, the food always hits the spot. Great burgers, great sandwiches, great wings, and great specials/deals on Mondays and Wednesdays. Also the tempura avocados are amazing. For someone looking for a little less beer and a little more 'punch', I suggest trying the cinnamon whiskey or the boozy gummy bears. On top of the food and drink, the atmosphere is super casual and fun. There is bocce ball inside and tabletop shuffleboard, as well as a slew of board/card games and an N64 ready to go. There is always something to do.The staff are always friendly, respectful, and accommodating, from the bar to the waitstaff and everything in between. Also there is free parking in the Camden lower Deck nearby.“

“Allow me to set the mood! It’s Hoopz last night in Atlanta before moving back to Seattle. As such, I wanted something close to his area, good, and that I had never tied before. Naturally I end up on Yelp performing a search and Boom! I stumbled across Argosy. Though I have been in this area numerous times, I have never noticed Argosy. However, tonight was the night… I was excited as the restaurant has its own private lot. Woo Hoo! Anyone who knows the area can’t attest that parking is not the best when it comes to available spaces. Once parked, we headed inside. Argosy is humongous. I’m talking super big covered patio area in the front, when you walk through that space to get to the main area, the inside is HUGE as well. The setup has your organic local bar feel and is musically vibrant and upbeat. Upon walking in we were seated within moments. The table setup makes good use of the space as you don’t feel crowded at all. We were a party of 2 and the tables next to us were a party of 10 and we both had ample space. As I looked over the menu, this is the traditional bar food menu with the Argosy twist. This makes for a limited selection to choose from, however, there is at least one traditional favorite of each food element in the menu. Our server arrived at the table within moments, welcomed us to the venue and took our drink orders. She was very pleasant and displayed a joyous smile. After a few moments of burger vs. fries, I decided to get the Wings and Fries and babeeeeeeeeeee. These wings were amazing. The wings come in a sauce I have never had before, and now that I have had it, I want to continue having it. It’s like a Buffalo style sauce not too spicy, with an Argosy taste twist to them. As far as the French fries… Hear me clearly. The art of a Homemade fry is not something everyone can execute well. However, Argosy has discovered the ART of fry making. The fries are crunchy on the outside, however, soft and fluffy on the inside. Furthermore, the fries are lightly salted which brings out the authentic taste of the potato. To make it even better, the fries aren’t too oily or overly greasy. Though I loved my wings, the French fries stole the night!! All in all, I will be back at Argosy soon as I MUST try the burger next.“

“I have been here for takeout on my way home from work, and have stayed to share lunch with my daughter and have not been disappointed with my selection. My favorite is the Crispy Grouper sandwich and the J.T.s kettle chips! My Real Favorite is the customer service! I was driving home on a cold night and noticed a man on the bench wrapped in a blanket. He appeared to be homeless, so I gently inquired if he had eaten today and would he like something to eat and requested some black hot coffee and any kind of hot soup. Of course, strbx was closed, so I popped into Marlow's , told the waitress what I was doing, and she insisted on giving me the soup and hot coffee for free. I insisted on paying or at least leaving a tip and she wouldn't accept it. She said she appreciated what i was doing and they wanted to participate in giving this man a hot meal. I really appreciate the employees at Marlow's dedication to customer service and to the community. Thank you for your kindness, and the man was grateful for your generosity. Thank you again!“

Parking near the restaurant was a bit challenging, so we opted for the free parking in the structure lot and took a short walk. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and we started with a glass of wine. Although our first choice of Spanish red wine was unavailable, we settled on a white wine to accompany our grilled salmon. “Nestled within the culinary landscape of our town, Camps Kitchen has long been a beacon of consistency, offering a satisfying array of dishes ranging from pizzas to sandwiches, and everything in between. My recent visit reaffirmed its status as a reliable haven for comfort food enthusiasts. The menu at Camps Kitchen is a testament to its dedication to providing a diverse selection of dishes, all executed with precision and care. Whether you're in the mood for a classic pizza, a hearty salad, or a comforting main course like fish and chips, you're sure to find something to appease your appetite. One standout dish that never fails to impress is the chopped salad – a delightful medley of fresh ingredients that leaves a lasting impression with every bite. However, amidst the plethora of offerings, there was a minor disappointment – the absence of the salmon sandwich from the menu. This was a personal favorite, and its absence was felt keenly. Nevertheless, the menu still boasts a variety of options to satisfy any craving. One aspect of Camps Kitchen that deserves commendation is their seamless reservation system through OpenTable. The ability to book a table in advance adds a layer of convenience, ensuring a stress-free dining experience. Moreover, the ambiance of Camps Kitchen is a delight in itself. The outdoor patio provides a charming setting to enjoy your meal, especially on a pleasant day. Surrounded by greenery and bathed in natural light, dining alfresco at Camps Kitchen feels like a mini retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. In conclusion, Camps Kitchen continues to uphold its reputation as a consistently good restaurant, offering well-prepared dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. While the absence of the salmon sandwich was a slight setback, the overall dining experience remains a positive one.
