So reviews from others buyers are TRUE! Be aware! Even if tou send them a message regarding their produc - they will block you!!!

so i just got the coffee kona peaberry .i knew going in probably fake .you cant even buy green beans for 16 bucks a lb.20 million lbs of kona sold but only 3 million produced so u can do the math .hopefully it might be better then store bought .but deff.not real kona .i suspect most ebay reviews are totally fake.KOA coffee in my opinion is the best kona and there peaberry is about 100$ a lb.kona in Hawaii is regulated but once out of there anything is game u can slap kona on a bag of rocks and sell it. update this morning .i can say 100% this is not Kona peaberry its coffee but thats about it .slight bitter and burnt taste. would not even pass for estate or private reserve coffee.this is why real hawaii Kona growers are sueing others for selling garbage and calling it kona .

Ordered 5lbs of Kenyan Coffee. It made a great cup of coffee. Only improvements I would suggest is origin information on the package as well as the roast date for added transparency. Also shipping took awhile. All that being said, I would absolutely order from them again and plan on doing so in the near future.

bought some coffee from this store ,and took a month to get here, when i opened the first bag , the dark roast beans had very tiny bugs crawling around in the bag. I contacted them and they blocked me and talked very rude to me. I have the right to express my opinion , this place is the worst better stay away and find a coffee that won't hurt your health. I'm saving ther coffe ,incase I need it for evidence . buyer beware

I just placed an order with with these guys for something that I have ordered many times in the past. What started out as a simple clerical error, changing a shipping address, ended up morphing into a mountain of stress for me. The products are good but the customer service is absolute garbage. I've sent him at least a half a dozen messages through eBay messaging and I made a post in eBay and I even went so far as to try to find his phone number online which as you already know it has been disconnected or changed no longer in service. I'm not sure how this guy conducts himself when he isn't dealing with people, but he must be a winner.

Total joke of a company. Horror stories are all over about them. They ripped me off on ebay. Like the other reviews here say they can't count. I ordered 2 pounds and only received one. They are major scam artists. You would be better off getting some Starbucks and it would be better and cheaper too They are a joke of a company. I wish I would have read these reviews first before I ordered.

I see very few people complaining about a company that has over 70,000 positive feedbacks on eBay and never a negative mark. I have done business with them for over 4 years and maybe 20 orders each and every order was delivered at a rapid speed and you could smell the fresh roasted coffee without opening the package it was delivered in. Even our mail man asked about where we ordered our coffee from, he could smell it in his truck as he drove around. He joked he wanted to make our house his last stop. I did notice one thing though most of these people complying they were blocked and there is no way to find this out unless you go to purchase from them. So, these people complying all went back to buy more, go figure. There just mad they are block and can't buy anymore, In my own opinion !

Ordered 10 pounds they shipped one. Tried responding ti there request for proof of delivery. Which it will not allow. Bought from more than 5 times with no problem. Customer service is horrible. That's all. Never complaind on one of these in my life.

I've been buying KONA dark roast from Darling and her family for years. The coffee is always excellent and arrives to me in Las Vegas within a couple of days.Don't let the chronic complainers fool you...Blue Macaw does a great job.

I bought a bag 'kona'. It is very bitter and over roasted I cannot finish it. I throw it away. I can tolerate cheapest coffee from super market generally. Their ebay site is fake. They block me after my first purchase
