After reading the reviews I was hesitant to try this place but with it being Easter Sunday they was the only place open.I have to say hands down the best seafood I’ve ever had in my life (and I’m a seafood junkie) we eat seafood at least twice a week in my house. We are from Atlanta and came down for the weekend, to go crabbing and didn’t catch but 1 crab our trip was a bust but this place made our trip worth the 4 hour ride!!!!
I would recommend the shrimp boil to anyone. It is very reasonably priced. Lots of parking lots of room in the restaurant. There is a big bar. Lots of side rooms. It's a great place.

I can’t rate the service or atmosphere, because we ordered for delivery (which was on time). The food, though, is phenomenal! We had what amounts to the low country boil: snow crab, shrimp, mussels, potatoes, corn on the cob, even hard boiled eggs! Plus an order of oysters on the side. We got it hot with Cajun seasoning. It. Was. So. Good. This was our first experience with The Hungry Crab, and it definitely won’t be the last.
