Employees are rude, including “management” and service is slow. Second drive thru lane is seemingly permanently closed. Orders are always wrong and cold.

Dining room was unkempt with no tables being wiped down. Drink machine was missing at least half of the flavor options. But the catalyst was when the rude cashier that took our order and handed us our food was in the restroom using the facilities at the same time as I was and left WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! Did not even turn on the sink. Mortifying!
