Was traveling so farther off 95 than expected and difficult to fine. Food was good except they didn't give any utensils for my V salad and had to use a knife to eat my salad so husband could use his fork for his mac/cheese.
Overrated. Raising canes where I’m from has better sauce and food

Absolutely terrible over all experience!! Management was awful!!!!! Employees were so sweet to my two kids but the wait for just a sandwhich and hashbrowns was ridiculous!!
We stopped because the pics on google show an indoor play place. (Inaccurate!!) no play places !!!
Then after waiting 25+ minutes for our food, we requested a refund and the manager was just plain out rude!!!
If there was a way to give this store a 0 star review I would definitely do so.

Absolutely the slowest Chick fil A I've ever been too, only 1 lane open! Order taker in the drive thru was great but took forever to get our food. Extremely disappointed in this location 😞

After the remodeling, service has gotten worse. If you get into the wrong line in the drive through you are trapped. There’s nothing you can do except wait. The service inside has taken me an average wait time of 40 minutes even when placing my order ahead on the app. This chicfila is poorly managed and can not figure out solutions to its problems.

Slowest chick fila ever... 25+ minutes for fast food!! The drive thru and inside. They obviously need another chick fila the other side of the road, because I've never seen so many cars & people! Nice staff but too long of a wait,especially when the signs were 2 miles from I95.

Hard not to mess up the food but y’all always find a way. 30 minute waiting on a dine in order when no one is here at 10:40am. Out of Mac and cheese and grilled nuggets somehow when you had all morning to prep. About 100 people on staff and y’all still are understaffed for a shift? Whoever is in charge of scheduling has to be either blind or not on property 90% of the time just like the owner/operator and HR. All the young employees are doing their very best and an outstanding job communicating with customers. This store is failing on every front from a management standpoint. On a scale of 1-10 it was bad 💕
