I’m writing to commend an outstanding team member at this location. While visiting, we observed a DoorDash customer waiting 30 minutes after her order vanished from the platform. A manager initially declined to help, but an employee named Tia(skinny young girl) stepped in immediately, apologized to the customer, and took responsibility. While also confirming our $76 order with the kitchen, she stayed calm under pressure and returned with our food after about a 20-minute wait. Tia’s professionalism, leadership, and customer focus turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. She handled in-restaurant orders, pickup, and third-party issues simultaneously and never lost her composure. I believe she exemplifies the values Chick-fil-A stands for and would like to request recognition for her (employee award, bonus, or consideration for leadership). Tia deserves to be noticed!

I pulled off I-95 for this place. Horrible service. The wait for food was at least 30 min. Pitiful!!!! Not the experience I’m used too.

We went to check on our order after waiting 25 minutes and was told that they don't have fried chicken only grilled. The crazy part is, they knew that before we ordered! We were given a refund, but nothing else.
The staff has always been nice and apologized for the wait but the wait is probably one of the worst I have experienced for Chick-Fil-A and maybe it's because its one of the only ones. I know many other cities tend to put more if they notice that the wait is long but the wait here is 45mins plus. It truly should never take that long at a fast food restaurant.

My wife LOVES Chic Fila. So, we’ve been to A LOT of them. Where we live, they pride themselves on how many customers they serve in an hour. I have been to THIS Chic Fila several times while visiting family and it is ALWAYS the SLOWEST Chic Fila I have ever been to. I ordered a Coke w light ice for my wife and stood in a line w only 1 cash register open. Now I’m standing in line for a while on a DRINK. The drive through line is wrapped around the building… not bc they are busy but because they are SLOW!!! Chic Fila Corporate needs to come and get this place organized. It’s ridiculous. Over 10 minutes standing in the store for a drink.

I was greeted tonight by a well respectful young man by the name of Nathan. I hadn't been feeling well all day and decided to come to Chick-fil- A and Nathan gave me superb customer service and lift up my spirit s. The food was good. Nathan is an example of being raised right and have respect for your elders. Chick-fil-A your Management team did good by hiring Nathan.
