This location literally is the worst chick fil a I ever been to. The co workers are not attentive at all. It could be three associates standing at the front and no one will acknowledge you. If you want something done you better speak up other wise you will be waiting 5-10 mins on them.

Drive through was divided with a mobile drive through resulting in the longest I’ve ever waited at a drive through. Absolutely inefficient and waste of time. Will not return.

We swung by on a road trip for dinner. Absurdly slow drive thru lane, sat for 40 minutes. Chick fil a usually has their act together but this one doesn’t seem to. Zero staff out helping move things along.

Seriously worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Only one person running a register at lunch time on a Saturday. She had to stop ringing up guests orders to refill drinks for customers. When she finally took my order, she mumbled the whole time- I could barely understand her. And I wasn’t the only one- people ahead of me had to ask her to repeat herself several times because she couldn’t articulate. Please get some more help- chick fil a has a certain standard which is why I chose to stop here

This is specifically regarding the mobile drive through. Every time I use it, I will be in line 15-20 minutes no matter what. Even non peak hours. Sometimes with only 1-2 cars in front of me. I do not understand how it possible could take that long every single time and highly recommend picking up to go orders inside or feel like you’re being held hostage

This is the slowest Chick Fil A in the country. I am actually still in the drive through line after 30 minutes as I type this. They have two drive through lines but only one is open, the other is used for mobile orders which is even slower. If you decide to go inside you’ll wait over 20 minutes as well.
