“Loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in 2/13/2026 Even though they were about to close and I was the last customer the service is something I will not forget. When I got home with my chicken, shrimp and fries I took it down through there with a smile on my face. The food was excellent!!! The prices are very good too!!! I briefly shared that i was a first time customer that live two streets over with the woman that took my order. I'll be back!!!!!!!“

“They have a nice variety of chicken salad to choose from. I got the Jalapeno Holly because I like spicy foods. As usual, it was delicious. I got one scoop and it comes with some crackers, a dill pickle spear and a little yummy shortbread cookie. If you want something outside of the usual fast food choices, check them out!“

“We recently visited this Kentucky Fried Chicken location, and overall, we had a great experience. I was especially impressed by how hard the staff were working, especially considering how busy the restaurant was and how few employees seemed to be available.

Despite being short staffed, the team continued working hard to serve the many customers coming in. I really appreciate their effort and dedication. In addition, the drink machine was broken and you can see was going to towards the floor for the drive way.

The restaurant was clean, and our food was served warm, hot, fresh, and delicious. It was clear that the staff were doing their best to keep everything moving while maintaining good service.

“I’m writing to commend an outstanding team member at this location. While visiting, we observed a DoorDash customer waiting 30 minutes after her order vanished from the platform. A manager initially declined to help, but an employee named Tia(skinny young girl) stepped in immediately, apologized to the customer, and took responsibility. While also confirming our $76 order with the kitchen, she stayed calm under pressure and returned with our food after about a 20-minute wait.
Tia’s professionalism, leadership, and customer focus turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. She handled in-restaurant orders, pickup, and third-party issues simultaneously and never lost her composure. I believe she exemplifies the values Chick-fil-A stands for and would like to request recognition for her (employee award, bonus, or consideration for leadership).

“I'm guessing it's inside the convenience store maybe? Wherever it is, I didn't eat here. I do like the convenience store though, very crowded with stuff. If you are staying on Jeckyll and forgot some grocery item on the mainland, you can probably find it here. Very nice staff, super clean, beer, wine, and ice cream counters.“

“This location is conveniently placed across the street from the Hampton Inn at St. Simon’s, making it an ideal location for breakfast and lunch. Food is fresh, including perhaps the best kale salad I’ve ever had. Service is timely and staff are friendly.“
