1st visit to a CRUMBL. Stopped in Brunswick on way to Jacksonville, FL from Columbia, SC! Googled dessert near me and… chose the four pack to share with son since the cookies are HUGE!
First time and I should not have ordered the cornbread cookie. All I tasted was the butter and honey from the gooey mess of a cookie we received. I love cornbread but this is not that. I guess I should have played it safe with a chocolate chunk. The service was average and you just go there to pickup so no atmosphere. We each took a good size spoonful then discarded the rest which sums it up.
Service was very slow compared to other visits to this and other Crumbl locations. I waited more than 5 minutes after I was next to be served, and saw 3 other people get there orders ahead of me. Also, this was the first time that the person bringing my order didn't show me the cookies to make sure everything was correct. This was far from my usual experience with Crumbl cookies.
