Managemnet really needs to train employees in that location. Only one girl knew what she was doing and she was working the drive thru. The other two didn’t have a clue. Waited 15 minutes and they hadn’t even started our order. When we got it is was wrong!! We are and drank anyway because we had already waited to long. Definitely need training up in that location. Worse service I have ever got and I go to DD a lot.

While one customer had an issue with a forgotten donut, the overall experience is positive, with mobile ordering and drive-thru pickup being fast and efficient, even when the line is long.
